it’s my first time renting from this car rental company I am so unsatisfied with the poor customer service and manager Ferone Bryan who is the so call manager he’s not consistent in ensuring me as a first time customer problem with their vehicle resolve in a timely manner he is so unprofessional the hybrid vehicle was not starting they send a representative without a jumper cable to try and start the vehicle the company representative ask me to ask my neighbor to lend me a jumper cable to start the vehicle in which he only had a portable jumper charger now ferone the manger holding on to my deposit and trying to frame me for the issue of the vehicle not starting he send his electrician to come and check the vehicle and yet the electrician stated it’s electrical problem so with that said I don’t understand why the manager fail to release my deposit and I am so upset of how the manager is handling this situation as if I know about electrical problem I am a woman and having no knowledge of electrical problem with vehicle I know everyone experience is different renting vehicle from the flexway experience so despicable I rented the vehicle because my mother died and trying move around due to the time I am in Jamaica but I just wish to share experience so be careful everyone who chose to rent from flexway rental company.
