Needed a last minute pair of sneakers and decided to purchase a pair of air max 97's from this location online. What I received was embarrassing; the sneakers looked liked someone wore them, dragged them and then placed them in the box for shipping. The sides are pulled apart, there are scuff marks, it's badly glued and clearly visible. Not even sure how this was ok for packing/shipping. The box wasn't even packed correctly for someone who just purchased a pair of shoes. Finish Line has lost a customer. I'll be taking my business elsewhere!

We visited this location specifically to purchase an air mattress that was listed in stock. This location is far from my parents as well. The parking lot is filled with trash disgustingly disregarded by lazy mofos. This store is massive. I think it was the biggest Walmart I have ever been to. There were way too many staff members and customers. There were pallets of merchandise blocking every aisle we walked through and only allowed for single file to walk. It took us a good 10 minutes to locate the air mattresses. They were located in the bedding section and the sporting section. Of course they did not have what we wanted, even though the website listed it as in stock. We chose a different one and tried to leave. The lines were ridiculous. It was a weeknight. Not surrounding Christmas or Easter. I am not sure if the website was not updated or the staff in the store did not put out the item we wanted but we did not even locate the tag on a shelf. We picked up some beer, butter, and other miscellaneous items as well. I was pissed because when we were leaving, I was trying to find anything diet to drink and could not find anything. Luckily there were vending machines outside that had a mini bottle of water for 50 cents. I would not travel here in the future unless I had to.

Who ever is running this Walmart needs major help or needs to be let go. It's the worst Walmart l've ever experienced, it's well organized but there's no customer service, the employees are rude, lines take forever and there were no carts!

Went with my son to get sneakers. He loves getting sneakers from in here. The only downfall I would say is the prices. Like other parents I would assume that the older your kids gets the prices get higher in shoes lol.

First time I went to this Walmart and got what I needed cashed and was out in a jiffy. Normally it's packed to capacity and the lines are crazy long.

Ordered perfume on their site. Promised within 5 days. Got tracking number. Did not show up 5 days. Received another email that said another 3 days. Did not arrive. I check tracking number. Wrong tracking number! Called Walmart and they have no idea where it is! Said I order it through a 3rd party???? I said no. I demanded a refund and they said someone else has to refund my money!!! They said they will find out what's going on and will get to me tomorrow. Well no call the next day. Called Walmart back and this character told me I get it on Christmas Eve. I said really? Give me a tracking number. He said I get it on Christmas Eve. lol that's crazy called my credit card and they are refunding my money. Don't use their on line service

Walmart in green acres mall is a place to go to get what u need for the house. The prices are reasonable. I dont normally come often but I decided to come. I originally came to just get a few groceries. But you will come to find out you go to walmart for one thing and come out with other things. Not only was I able to time get my groceries but I was able to get a christmas tree and search for some christmas gifts. All great prices. What stood out to me this time coming was a future purchase of a tv at such a reasonable great price. Walmart walmart always got something a customer needs.

The big problem in this location is that there is no inventory. Whomever is responsible for inventory is not able to perform this function. I go to Walmart because they have a great selection and good prices but I am lucky if I can get half the things I want. If you have a choice, go to one of the other locations on Long Island.

On cyber Monday I order a deep freezer , I ask the person on the phone do they deliver to the house and not curbside they tell me yes. My delivery day is a week away Dec. 9, I don't get a confirmation call and after waiting half the day I call. Earlier that morning I got a confirmation of Dec 9th. When I call customer service I get someone in a foreign language repeating everything I say to her . She can't find the order for awhile then finally she says my order was delivered Dec 10. I tell her it. Couldn't be delivered already because that's tomorrow date . After some back and forth I realized whatever time zone she's it's tomorrow. To make it worst fedex is going to bring it an I don't think they bring it inside. Walmart customer service lies and it sucks.its back to Costco for me. The low prices are not worth the b********

I love Walmart stores for their prices and abundant parking spaces but eh this location is terrible during the days and weekends. I would never recommend anyone to go here during the day and weekend as the lines are all the way to the back of the store or outside the door. Compared to other locations I have been to this probably rates the lowest due to lack of professionalism. The best time to go when it's like 2-3 hours before closing time. Recently made the mistake of going midday for holiday lights and tell me how there's barely any space to really walk around without bumping into people. The employees are rude and definitely lack proper customer service skills. There's a separate section for holiday decor that is located adjacent to Home and Pharmacy entrance. This location would be considered a Supercenter as they have a section for groceries as well. Their veggies look fresh the few times I have been here. There's a self checkout area as well right by the customer service area. Beside the ridiculous number of customers and rude employees this place actually has mainly everything you may need. The store itself is not small at all pretty big and has everything for the most part available for your convenience.
