So not sure about all the other negative reviews. But things were actually good, but again I do dislike Fidelity and moving my business elsewhere in the future. But I'll give them 5 stars because today they deserved it.”
“These guys have been preparing my tax returns for the past 5 years now, and I couldn't be happier. They are conveniently located right on Queens Blvd, and are always available to answer questions all year round. The staff is friendly, and they always do whatever they can to minimize my taxes. Unlike other accountants, they are also financial and investment professionals. Other places I've been to just transcribe numbers without thinking outside the box, and offering various tax planning strategies. Not only do they handle my taxes, but they also handle my investments. I also love the fact that they are a family owned operation and even if Craig, my accountant / financial planner, isn't available that day, there is always someone around to help me if I call. “Since I am planning an overseas trip I did a little research and found the travel community raves about the ATM features of Charles Schwab's checking account with good reason. They reimburse you ALL ATM fees and NO foreign transaction fees (when you take money out in another currency). In general I found you usually get the best exchange rates withdrawing funds directly from your bank account instead of exchanging money at the booths you find in airports/cities around the world, or bringing a wad of dollars to a bank. That alone was the main reason for opening an account, but I also found they have 24 hour customer service. It is US based and knowledgeable. You can also chat online so no need to speak on the phone. I did find they tend to ask questions about your investment plans and do try to steer you towards their investment products. To open a checking account you also need to open a brokerage account, but there are currently no requirements to fund it. You may want to. In looking over their investment options they have some competitive expense ratios on their mutual funds and ETF as low as .03% beating the low cost investment leader, Vanguard in some categories. Stick with the no transaction fee funds and ETFs, because the ones with fees are pretty high. The fine print states that expense ratios can change at any time, but as of now that is some of the very lowest around. Truly pleasantly surprised by my experience so far. Hoping the good vibes continue when I travel over the summer and actually use my ATM privileges.”

“I usually frequent the other two major drug stores but needed to pick up a specific medical creme for a family member that only Rite Aid carries. The store was spacious, well lit and clean. It seemed well stocked in general. I was overjoyed when I found the item I was in search of and scooped up the last two. The cashier was friendly and helpful with updating my membership account. They offer a paper bag (at no charge) Their (free) parking lot is ample. They're open 24 hours. The pharmacy opens at 8 or 9 am and closes in the evening.”
“I first spoke with a gentleman in September of 2021 regarding funding for my business. At first, we working on the file for about a month trying to get us funding. After a few attempts it turned out we couldn't qualify due to my credit but after a few follow ups and steps to improve my credit, we were able to secure a loan a few weeks before Christmas which was amazing and much helped by the loan officer that was in charge of my account. Without their help and their constant follow-ups I would have not been able to secure the loan and keep my company afloat. Sometimes it was tough with the calls but at the end of the day we got it done. My experience felt like a long process but there was clarity at the end of it and I would recommend them based of customer service alone.”
