Dalsimer Spitz and Peck. Where do I even begin? They did our floral for our wedding and the guests and I couldn’t stop talking about our flowers, the centerpieces, and my bouquet! They did a phenomenal job and we couldn’t be happier with the results! They took the time with us to browse through flowers that would match our venue and are very knowledgeable of the many different flowers out there. We are very happy we went with them and you will not be disappointed!

I met with Brian initially, who totally understood my vision. When I went to pick out finals, not only was he completely flexible when I changed a few things, but he had put together one of my centerpieces for me so I could see it before our wedding day. All the flowers arrived on time, and they looked absolutely beautiful. They even moved the flower arch we got married under to behind our sweetheart table with no additional charge. They far exceeded my expectations with how beautiful everything was.

October 2023 wedding so this is long overdue. We were recommended DSP after a friend had booked them for her wedding. Met with Bobby and he worked with us in regards to a great price based on a dais option, cascading bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, corsages, lots of boutonnieres, and high and low centerpieces.
My only issue would be when we showed up for our sample meeting and the centerpiece sample was not what I expected. For reference, I was going for dark red/burgundy, greens, black and white as my color scheme. The sample was much too white which reminded me of Christmas and a lot of hydrangeas which I thought was too summery. I voiced my concerns and had done my research on fall flowers and told him to swap the hydrangeas with dahlias and make the arrangement darker. He pushed back (saying based on his expertise), but I wasn't going to let him push me around and basically said I want what I want or I will be unhappy. I did leave feeling nervous but at that point I said it is what it is and hope for the best.
I will say on the day of my wedding that everything came out perfect! The designer helped adjust my bouquet if some pieces were too long, delivered everything to the groomsmen and set up reception on time. The centerpieces had exactly what I was looking for and the designer even added in additional flowers to areas we hadn't discussed, such as my welcome banner, the bar, the card table, and the memory tables. I honestly was blown away when seeing everything for the first time and extremely happy with the result
Overall, I would suggest DSP for your floral needs. JUST BE SURE to do your research on what you are looking for in terms of colors and specific flowers (photos are very helpful!). And be firm on what you want, don't let anyone persuade you otherwise, so you will end up with a happy result!

I got married at the Sephardic Temple in Cedarhurst and Dalsimer did an amazing job. I worked with Brian, who was very professional and helped insure my vision was executed. They quoted me almost $10,000 lower than any other florist in the area yet the flowers were absolutely beautiful. I kept sneaking over to see the progress as they were building my chuppah because I was so in awe of the work. Excellent, professional work.

I had the pleasure of working with Dave of Dalsimer Atlas Floral and Events for my wedding, and am still on awe of how beautiful our floral arrangements came out. Dave and his team were truly able to bring my floral decor visions to life, worked with me on budgeting, and were all around attentive and professional. More importantly everyone was so warm and friendly! All my wedding guests admired how beautiful our arrangements were, and continue to compliment me even a week later.The Dalsimer facility is top notch and I would rate them above a 5 stars if I could!

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with this florist for my daughter's wedding. She was repeatedly cancelled for her final appointment the month before her wedding. They finally fit her in two weeks before the wedding and to our surprise the centerpieces were nothing like she discussed with Martin , the salesman, 8 months before. The colors were wrong ( he had several pictures) and they were too big and hideous. Her vision was trees for most of the tables and then smaller centerpieces for a few of the tables. She spent the following week which was 4 days before the wedding while she was at work going back and forth with them and finally just settled on something. Fast forward to the day of the wedding and they deliver her and her bridesmaids bouquet which also had the wrong colors in them and looked nothing like the picture she sent them or what was discussed. They did send a floral designer to her hotel room who was very nice but at this point she was with the photographer and couldn't concentrate on the flowers. We were so aggravated. The second bouquet was worse than the first one but at this point they pulled out flowers from the first bouquet. Looking back through the pictures of her with the bouquet is such a disappointment. The guys who decorated her venue did a great job with what they were given.Do yourself a favor and don't spend your money here if you don't want to be aggrivated the day of your wedding. Lack of caring was our biggest problem with them even after being assured everything would be fine.

I worked with John based in Livingston, NJ for my wedding and I cannot recommend him ENOUGH! John brought my fall vision to life and we received so many compliments from friends & family on how beautiful the decor was.John was extremely patient with me as I had a very specific aesthetic in mind.
