I called due to a medical emergency they put me on hold for 8 minutes until it turned 8pm and hung up on me. When I called back the pharmacy said it was closed.

This store used to be friendlier, but not anymore. You feel like a criminal walking in and leaving. The alarm on the products are loud and obnoxious.

I have been to the pharmacy on several occasions and have only had super experiences. Most recently I had my second SHINGREX vaccine which was administered by the resident pharmacist Georgia Zaharias. She was very pleasant with a wonderful disposition. Her nickname should be "painless " since neither I nor my wife ever felt the injection. SHE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND REVIEWED SOME OF THE TYPICAL ADVERSE REACTIONS AND HOW TO MINIMIZE THEM!!Thank you Georgia!!!

Very cozy and professional pharmacy place for the most part, always seems very packed and busy, and the staff / cashiers are usually very polite and helpful also. They offer lots of regular discounts for shoppers also.Located conveniently near the popular neighborhood restaurants as well as a busy street and a bus stop, and within walking distance of the local park. Overall, a great place for most of your occasional pharmacy and local store needs.

Today I went to this CVS at 1 E. Merrick Rd. to pick up my dad's HEART MEDICINE. They are to close the gates at 1:30 PM for a break. It was 1:28, they saw me approaching and began to close the gates. I inquired why had they done this. At first, no one answered. Finally, at 1:30 on the dot, one of the many people behind the counter said: "We are so sorry, the registers close down at 1:30, so we can't help you." My response was, "I got here before that." The response? "You'll just have to come back...". The lack of professionalism is astounding. Good thing Walgreens and Rite Aid are just west of there. Good bye CVS!

Kerri the store manager of CVS at 1 East Merrick Road is friendly, caring, considerate, polite, and understanding. I enjoy shopping at that CVS due to Kerri there she makes my experience fun and enjoyable.

Went to get passport photo done . Photo was denied by us passport. Lost money for mailing passport. Went back and the Indian Mgr with Indian accent didnt have name tag. Won't issue refund. And won't retake photo. He was nasty and horrible Mgr to deal with.
