Impossible to contact them, phone automated system is confusing and not helpful.
They never have have anything ready, long waits. I don’t blame the staff I think it’s the system.

I'm frustrated. I was not able to pick up an order in time. It was for a fee item that was offered to me in an email. When I went to the store, they said that the item had been returned to the shelf because I didn't pick it up sooner. They said that I would have to reorder it. But, because it was a free reward, I don't have any item number to use to reorder, and I would probably have to pay for it if I did!!!!!

This is by far the most unprofessional staff I’ve ever met. Mariam and her team at night have given me the run around regarding the status of my prescription for about 6 weeks at this point, due to lack of effort and communication. They don’t leave notes or follow up with the patient or make a simple phone call to verify instead the dr have to call them and they won’t get to the phone any ways. My doctor and I have tried to resolve the issues by issuing confirmations and supporting information they asked for. They make up their own rules. And constantly fighting with the patient for being frustrated with them. Since when I need a to have insurance to buy medication. And not being able to get care because I want to pay out of pocket. Which I have been doing for years. For this cvs and Mariam to tell me I can’t pay for my own medication. And even after the dr called she still acting unprofessional.

Service - especially the cashiers - is consistently terrible. It is exactly why I use self-checkout when possible. If she doesn’t care about customer service, neither do I. In any event, moving on from this particular CVS. Walgreens down the street is much nicer.

Great CVS. Open 24 hours! I need a specific medicine that none of the other pharmacies in the area had or were able to procure. This was the only CVS that could fill my prescription.

My name is Beverly & I am a frequent customer at this location. This evening 4/1/24 I visited CVS at 44 N. Central Ave. I needed to go to the pharmacy, upon entering the store the line was extremely long maybe 15 people or so,because I use a cane I was able to sit and wait my turn. The gentleman in front of me made a comment about the fact there wasn't enough staff to accommodate the many people waiting , immediately after he stated that a woman named Marsha told the gentleman who was going to take the person in front of me that he could not take any more people, I learned later she's not a manager and had no authority over anyone yet she told him he could he could not take any more people that left one person, when people begin to complain she simply stated "you just have to wait", & she said it more than once when other customers chimed in.Where was the customer service? there's a number of ways that could have been addressed, how about I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Would you mind waiting a little longer and I'll be able to serve you. She was rude, arrogant and condescending, someone should teach her how to treat the public that supports that particular pharmacy. CVS did not look good at all. Let me add that the other areas of service in the store are handled properly, the pharmacy is the issue. Customer Service is extremely important in a competitive business environment. Please address this so other customers don't not have this experience.

Went to purchase an item. I was met and greeted by a young man. His name is Joel. He was very professional, courteous and willing to help. He answered all my questions and promptly assisted me in finding what I needed. Please thank Joel. Will definitely be going back to this CVS location.

Very good to shops workers are very helpful and are always someone to help you sometimes I think they need more employees because of the wait for someone at time
