Charles is great Allstate representative. He went above and beyond to help me when I need my car insurance. I never had a clue how to look for best car insurance and Charles makes it so easy that you think you can do it your self.Thank you.

Way Overdue review: ************ especially the agent Chavelt himself - are a complete disaster. Because of their lack of communication, transparency, the unprofessionalism, lack of follow up, lack of knowledge and unkept promises I had to spend a lot of unnecessary during The worst time for my business (covid). I dont think I have ever had such a frustrating experience with a business as a customer and business owner. They have no problem taking your money but when a situation arises they are NOT there to DO THEIR JOB. Every month, new receptionist I wonder why. And to make it all so much worse and disgraceful, chavelt still attempted to sell me insurance after terminating my coverage without any notification except the one that arrived in the mail after the fact! Shameless, disgraceful, deplorable, inconsiderate, disastrous businessman. DO NOT BUY ANY POLICIES From them! He is either evil or an idiot. I am not sure which is worse.

Great service,! Chavelt my agent is always available to help me and last November I had an accident and the whole claim department team responded fast and they were very helpful throughout the process and the claim was paid to me within a as very reasonable short time, I’m very happy so far I would definitely rate Chavelt agency 5 starts.

I called to get insurance. Chavelt Saint Charles provided me with all the discounts including the defensive driving course. He asked if I had taken the course and I told him no I have not taken it for it to apply to the discount but he said he would apply it anyways and I could get the certificate to him. I told him I can only get it in August. And he said that was fine. I started getting calls in July about getting the certificate to him or else my insurance would go up. So I called Chavelt who said that yes I need to get to him my certificate in July so I told him about our earlier conversation and he was like there is a misunderstanding. I said that is what you said. He is like Allstate is a really big insurance company and it does not matter to them such as a policy as mine. I complained to Allstate and they said in the email if I do not get to them the certificate by August 1st, my premium will go up. Very rude and though less corporation. Only cares about money and that is from only their very big accounts.
