Wost service ever. They don't train Their people. Always a 20 to 30 wait Everytime I go even when no one there. Short staff no managers ever around. Just the worst chase that u could go to in the Queens/long

Very very very slow waiting an hour just to get something notarized. Very low on staffing only one teller available. This chase needs to hire more people

HORRIBLE service. I've been trying for days to resolve an issue and can't get anyone to return my calls and emails. I've decided to close my accounts and move them to a bank that actually cares about its customers.
