DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND GO TO ANOTHER BRANCH! I have been coming here for years because its my neighborhood bank. But over time the customer service has been depleting. They find all faults not to take my kids coins, meanwhile i took it to the branch in Franklin Square and they took it with no hastle. I was waiting over 2 hours 10 min, no exaggeration, just to open a high school account for my kid. But i should have known when 2 customers walked out when i told them i was waiting.

Good service...***This branch is the only 24hrs ATM access center locally☆**.. other ATM center branches closes at 10pm - 7am 7 nights a week...

No one helps you here. You just wait and wait for a long while. I think they maybe short staffed? ?♀️go to a different branch.2 years later…They lost my check??♀️I should have gone to a different branch?. They won’t even accept that they made a mistake. They gave me the run around??♀️

Plenty of parking space and easily accessible, quick and easy to get in and get out, basically all I need out of a bank!

Don't waste your time. They do not honor appointments made to sit with a banker. So called banker Lisa Aquino who works at this branch is extremely unprofessional and probably should look for another industry as banking clearly isn't it. If an appointment cannot be honored by the branch there are several ways in todays world of technology that some type of communication (text, email, voicemail) to show respect for my time instead of having me rearrange my day to make an appointment that I thought I had. Personal Banker Lisa Aquino stated it would have been her responsibility to communicate with me to reschedule and claimed she didn't get around to it. Mind you I was there on time for my appointment. Very unprofessional branch.

I am a Capitol One bank customer looking to change my accounts over to Chase bank. Although the people I spoke with were very nice, I was unable to open a savings account because there was only one person who could do it. After waiting in the bank for 45 minutes, people walked in that had an appointment and they were serviced, plus a few people in between the were only gonna take "a few minutes" The search is on for a bank that doesn't talk about how great their customer service is-they actually staff a bank correctly with maybe two people that can do the same job.

Terrible customer service. There was a bank teller who did not know anything about depositing coins. She had no idea what she was doing. She told me to come back the next day when there is a machine that counts quarters, dimes, and nickels. I told her the coins are in assorted coin wrappers with the amount marked on them. I bought the assorted coin wrapper from Staples. I told her I will be going to another Chase on the other side of town. I had 10 minutes left before the Chase across town will be closed. When I arrived at the Chase across town, the bank teller told me as long as the coins are in the coin wrapper, I will not have an issue depositing the coins in my account.I will not return back to this particular Chase. Chase needs to hire someone that is knowledgeable.

We feel invisible at this branch. This is the second time we went in to get help with a bank account and no one paid any attention to us. The first time streams of people were being helped and we kept being told 5 more minutes? We eventually left.
