At 2:00 pm, I entered the Chase branch and found 7 tellers with no customers. When I asked a teller if she could help me open a new account, she told me to wait for 5 minutes. After waiting for 20 minutes without being attended to, I left feeling frustrated with the poor service. Terrible do not support this location

Believe the reviews. The customer service at this Valley Stream branch is abysmal. They’ll do everything in their power not to help you and force you to leave. When I went to the Rockville Center branch, my issue was resolved within minutes.

They took 45 minutes to open up the account now I can't take out my money..I think they don't like customers here..
