I went to this store last weekend looking for some much needed last minute Christmas clothing items. I was able to find what I need and was very happy. However, as I went to pay the first cashier told me the line started by her coworker. When I went to the other cashier she put her hand in front of my face and told me she wasn't taking any more customers. I felt so disrespected I put the clothes back and walked out. This store definitely needs to work on its customer service.

Not allowed to use the fitting rooms and no returns only exchanges. So basically can’t try on anything and can’t get your money back if it doesn’t fit ??♀️

This is the worst place 1st went out of business and then they came back worse than ever the clothing is cheap there trying to sell it expansively and then all of a sudden they stop the military discounts and they don't give you store credit for stuff that they knows extremely smalle disgusting filthy dirty place would never go there again

I went shopping at this store this employee, short hair badly painted green, I asked her where the size 5 pants were with a very bad attitude and looking me up and down, she answered me very badly, very disgusting without a mask, I am going to publish her photo so that you know who this is spoiled as the manager of this store doesn't care about customers

Terrible Staff!!! Ever since charlotte russe came back from closing down, the new staff they hired are pitiful! they are extremely rude with no home training whatsoever!!! and their attitude is just nasty! will not be visiting again!
