Really terrible experience. Managers made firm offers, followed by my mechanic’s inspections, then the offer was completely ignored and not honored by General Manager who was rude, impatient and accused me of lying only to then apologize when proven wrong and still didn’t honor the deal that was made. Scammy, dishonest, very difficult to get in contact leading to an overall horrible experience. I do not recommend doing business here.

Literally the biggest disappointment! Went over several times the walk away price of a vehicle and I get there they added 8k to the price!!! Did not honor the price they gave me and I drive over 4 hours to get there! DONT DO IT!!!!!!!

FRAUD ADULT! Do not buy a car here! They fraudulently submitted my loan papers to the bank for $16,000 more than was agreed upon and that I signed for when I was at the dealer and have refused to rectify the situation. They refused to provide me a copy of my loan document at the signing, stating the bank would provide them. I spoke with the manager and he nonchalantly said the the additional amount is dealer fees. The bank sent me copies of the loan documents and it has my name but not my signature. In addition to them increasing the price from what we agreed on, it was advertised as a certified used car my, but my mechanic stated the are multiple issues with the car. BEWARE of this dealer! FRAUD ALERT!

Stay FAR FAR AWAY, unless you want to be SCAMMED! This used car dealership is the definition of SLIMY!!!! THEY ARE USING A CLASSIC BAIT & SWITCH SCHEME (pics attached). They posted a car for $12K and after we agreed to that price and left a deposit, we went ahead and got insurance as instructed. They told us the car was registered to us and it was a done deal. We arrived to take possession of the car and sign the contract, which we were being forced to take, as we wanted to pay cash, (that's another story of banks kicking back a fee to the dealer) the price on paper went from $12k to $20K. They added a bogus 1-year warranty for $3k, which we had not agreed to and they refused to remove, and several other fees that were never disclosed. The only fees that were disclosed to us was the price of the car, a $440 fee for DMV services and $795 dealership fee. We had put a $3k deposit, which to date they have only refunded $2,500 of.
This is an extremely unprofessional establishment with the sleaziest of sales and finance people working there. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AND DO NOT BLINDLY TRUST THEM. Be very careful and really look at the contract because the monthly payment will not add up to what you believe you are purchasing the car for. It's all smoke and mirrors. I will be filing a complaint with The NYS Attorney General's Office. I have attached 2 photos of the price we were offered the car at and the new price that is currently online, which they tried to tell us was the actual car price.
