UPDATE after they responded below: Google and their website both STILL SAY they are open til 12am ———— I called this place at 1130pm on a Tuesday, when they are supposed to be open til 12am. Nobody answered. My dog died en route to another hospital that was further away.

I love the staff at Bayside. Dr O is AMAZING. She takes the best care of our babies - Sneakers and Sheba are so good with her - I really don’t want to see anyone else, even though I know all of the vets are great. And the staff are the best - they keep me calm with everything that has been going on recently (and I’ve been there a LOT - I joke that I should just move in.). They are the most caring group of people … I have trouble walking and one of them will meet me outside, if they see me coming and always walk me out, to carry my fur baby to my ride. When I say this is a group I love, I mean it!

Christina was able to squeeze me in the same day- she was helpful in getting me the appointment as I was concerned about my pup. The office is always very kind and patient! I’ve been coming here for years and I wouldn’t change!

I had a very pleasant experience. My friend told me about here after her experience. They helped me feel better when I was very worried about my dog. Everyone was welcoming and willing to answer my questions.

My kitten was throwing up constantly and his reg vet was closed. I called this place and told them what was going on and they took him in right away. Extremely happy that I decided to take him there. My puppy Caesar got into a colleagues office and ate 20 oz of tin foil-wrapped chocolates. I rushed over to Central Vets, and they took expert care of him. The staff was professional, caring and empathetic. Got the chocolate out of him, kept me calm the whole time. I’m deeply grateful.

The office staff and vets are wonderful caring people. Dr. DeFeis is a great vet who is takes such good care of my 2 cats. He will NEVER recommends a treatment if he doesn't feel my cats will benefit or get better from them just to make money. The staff always makes a fuss over cats and treats them with extra love and care. I won't take my pets anywhere else!!! Thank you CVA/Bayside Animal Clinic for being so great with Jake and Sasha!!!!
