I was there on 8/16 to inquire about transferring my daughter custodial account to a CD account in my name, unpon entering the bank Mayra was unhelpful and told me to do that transaction online, So why are you there? why is that bank there? Pretty soon customers will not need you there. a job in banking industry will be prettymuch non existence. Mayra you are too old to be acting like that. That career will diminish in a few years so enjoy it while it last.

They don't even deserve a half star. Terrible, rude tellers. I went in to make an inquiry and the teller asked me for everything except my social security number. I walked out and never looked back. She had a very cold and lackadaisical demeanor. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone!

Two months ago, I went to the bank and did not look at my receipt for my cash deposit on my way back to work. I looked at the receipt and my deposit was not on the receipt. However, the bank called me back and said there was a glitch in the system. I got my money back and you put the money back in my account.

A message to Melissa Aucone,“Sr. Multi Site Market Manager”Your organization’s value statement is “Capital One is on a mission to help our customers succeed by bringing ingenuity, simplicity, and humanity to banking.” When you have employees like Mayra Hercules barking mad at clients that she has to go home and cant help with a simple banking question. Not only she was rude but very disrespectful in a way made me feel very disturbed. It is appalling to witness an employee of such a respected chain to behave in such a manner. It was my very first time banking with CO and I have never experienced anything like this before. The reviews tells a lot about the culture that has been set up in this branch and I wonder why the regional management isnt doing anything a bout it.Only one good encounter I had with a young gentleman on the lobby with Ipad who seemed caring but having these types of unprofessional/toxic coworkers around good employees is a bad influence and negative reputation to the organization.I really hope the higher management can take some action towards their employees because they are letting business walk out from their door.Would love to hear back from Melissa herself.

Lately the bank have nobody to notarize beneficiaries of new CD. They give you a form for outside person to notarize your beneficiaries, bring back the notarized form form to the bank so as to register the beneficiaries- two extra task for their customers to do to complete a transaction. This is a horrible way to treat a customer .My question is what happens to your money if you die from a heart attack or accident after leaving the bank. to notarize your beneficiaries? Will your love ones get your CD money ? If they get it , how long and what must they do to get your CD money?Suggestion, put the beneficiaries as soon as a CD is opened. This is what was done before, why the change ?

The line in this branch was definitely really long (it was around 4:15pm-ish). However, the customer service was GREAT! Wilson helped me today and he was very fast, efficient, helpful, kind, and friendly. In my opinion, he provided OUTSTANDING customer service because Wilson was so knowledgeable in his work, he kept the line moving quickly, and he was able to hold a small simple friendly conversation while processing the transaction in about 2-3 minutes!

Went there last weekend with my mother. She needed to transfer money. I needed to open an account. Greeted at the door by 3 young ladies, one of which was Roxanna. She was considerate and cordial, helpful with my mother. Go there! They are wonderful.

I have been a capital one customer for 20 years, capital one has become the worst bank ever. Over the last ten years they have closed five other local locations forcing everyone in to sunrise hwy location. They did the same thing near my business in NYC, Sunrise location staffed with only three tellers. Lines out the door to the streets. This is all by corporate design. Staff said cap #1 wants to be a digital bank, and therefor provide as little service as possible.

This branch is historically slow and understaffed. I have a personal account and two business accounts with capital one. I’ve been with them for over 10 years. I’ve switched one of my business accounts over to Chase and in the process of switching the second one simply because there’s service in my area is so much better. Chase charges more in account servicing fees. I guess that’s the price you pay for good service at the branches. Maybe they should take a page from Chick-fil-A‘s book hire adequate staff have the focus on customer service and improving the branch experience.
