I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction and concern about the unethical business practices I experienced at your dealership BICAL CHEVROLET 709 W. MERRICK ROAD, VALLEY STREAM, NY, which had taken advantage of my family's immigrant status and concealed damage to the engine of the car my father purchased.He visited your dealership with the intention of purchasing a reliable vehicle for his family. As an immigrant who recently arrived in this country, He was unfamiliar with the automotive market and relied on the integrity of your dealership to provide him with a fair and honest transaction. Unfortunately, our trust was gravely misplaced.He purchased a 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan from BICAL CHEVROLET dealership, with the understanding that the car was in good working condition and had undergone a thorough inspection. Regrettably, I soon discovered that the engine had significant damage, which had been concealed from me during the sales process. This damage has resulted in significant repair costs that I cannot afford, and it has placed a substantial burden on my family.I believe that BICAL CHEVROLET actions were deceptive and exploitative, specifically targeting immigrants who may not be fully aware of their rights and the automotive market in this country. This unethical conduct is not only morally reprehensible but also violates the principles of honesty and fairness that should govern business transactions. I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP......

While the counter sales person was very pleasant, he was even surprised at the markup price on a bolt that they didn't have in stock and ordered it from a parts warehouse elsewhere i needed it so i paid $38 dollars for one bolt,which I had to drive a few miles away to pickup to my surprise the sales clerk at the warehouse informed me that I was charged more than double the amount for that bolt their price was $18 ,well all I can say is shame on you Chevrolet bical you're putting profits way above caring for your customers. Thank God I was not buying a car from you all who knows what ridiculous extra fees you all may be adding to line your pockets.

After I posted a negative review, one of Chevy's managers reached out to me and ended up reimbursing me for the cost of having to get my alignment fixed elsewhere. I appreciate them doing that and really hope noone else goes through what I did.

I inquired about a car listed on multiple sites. When I arrived they told me the car was already sold and was waiting on a title. The car had been sold 2 weeks prior to my inquiry I called about 8 times regarding scheduling in the week leading up only to be informed the car is not available. Extremely inconvenient scenario I was placed in thanks to the unreliability of the staff at this location. Very inept and unreliable staff. Plenty of better options in the area. Strongly recommend not wasting your time here.

Highly disappointed, after a successful lease contract of my 2019 Equinox premiere and receiving an extension on the lease, due to the pandemic no vehicle's available part issues, only to have it from in front of my house without even a phone call, is highly unprofessional. Mind you I've never missed a payment I even made a payment the day before they took the vehicle. When I spoke with the reinstatement department (they were extremely helpful and nice) they explained that when I declined the latest offer the clock started ticking. now I didn't accept that offer because they only had 3 vehicles (trailblazers) which is a huge step down and my payments would go from $255 a month to 1.5x that plus another $5000.00 down or receive an extension and wait for more vehicles as per instructions from my sales rep Ms. Nova, I choose the later. The reinstatement dept also explained that when they called the dealership Bical Chevrolet and asked what's my status they were told I didn't have one. I feel this is a grand opportunity for my sales rep to call me considering the fact I'm waiting on more vehicles. Ms. Nova and I have at least 20-30 prior calls and texts messages, this part is even more shocking. I reached out to Ms. Novadene only to have her hang-up (decline) my phone call twice. The new registration just came in which I now have no use for all because of a lack of communication.

i went for my oil chnge tire rotetion and cabin air filter change they work like 50 minutes and charge me for labor $260.00 plus parts they are incredible i don't know if going to come back.

NEVER EVER go to Bical. After purchasing a new Equinox for my wife at Lasorsa Chevy( a very reputable place in the bronx) I brought my car in to Bical because a plastic bag wrapped around the axle and ripped out a harness wire causing some brake related lights on my dashboard to go on, the service manager Mike told me it would take 5 hours at $150.00 per to even diagnose the damage, Best case was $2500.00 if they made a harness kit for my car or over $4000.00 if it need a whole harness. First off shouldn't a service manager know if they even make that part, well i went elsewhere and the part was 140.00 on national backorder from Chevy for a week and another $360.00 in labor totaling $500.00, not over $4000.00 like they quoted me then on the paperwork it said $169.00 to diagnose and i was charged $300.00 don't ever use Bical for anything they are GARBAGE and a ripoff and should be reported to GM Kip

SCAMMERS! You could go anywhere and pay far less than what they charge even with GM Genuine Parts. I found myself at this dealership at 9 AM because my mothers car was overheating and she wanted to go to a Chevy Service center. We bought it in and explained the problem to the service rep and let him know there might be a coolant leak. He said the would do a 27 point inspection and let us know what was wrong. He called around 1 PM and told us a few issues but the only one we wanted him to fix was the coolant leak, which should have taken at most an hour. I call him around 4:30 to find out what was taking so long and he let's me know we can come pick up the car because it's ready. We get there and I'm expecting a $300 tab but a bill for $850. As he's going over the bill he say's "I put the other problem here so when you are financially able you can deal with it". I took offense because 1. I'm sure I make more than he does and 2. I could walk off that lot with any car they had without a note, but I didn't let it show that I felt a way. As he wraps up I ask him to break down the fees and exactly why are we paying $313.81 for a battery. He responds and says "well your mom didn't make a big deal about it on the phone", mind you we said NO to the battery. He also said that service for the battery took over an hour because just testing it takes an hour. He then proceeds to tell me that they charge $150 for every service provided, so I got charged $450 (3 hours of labor) for under 1 hour of work. THEY HAVE A SIGN THAT STATES LABOR IS $150 AN HOUR AND $166.67 WITH TAX, NOT PER ITEM FIXED. I then asked about the parts fee because I noticed they were double the price of GM parts. He tells me that's overhead, they have to pay the light bills and employees and that I should take it up with the parts department. SCAMMERS! You could go anywhere and pay far less than what they charge even with GM Genuine Parts. P.S. I've been thinking about getting a new 2 door. I looked at the camaro there and thought no get a corvette but no sales rep was around to show it at 9AM so I was waiting until I came back. They just lost out on a sale, I'll go to another Chevy.
