I've been here a few times. Today I stopped by in a hurry because my computer's storage drive failed and I needed a new one quickly. An excellent clerk at the pickup counter expedited the process and I was able to be in and out in a few minutes.

I frequently go to this Best Buy when my items are not working properly. I must give a huge thank you to the GEEK Squad crew there. Every time I go I never have a problem. The customer service is always great. The staff always answers my questions and tell me the truth if my merchandise is unrepairable and what the next steps are. The supervisor Demarkio greets every guest that he sees standing too long reassuring them that they will be taken care of. Keep up the great work guys!

Jay in the TV department was so helpful when we went in the other day. He was very knowledgeable about the various technologies and brands. After talking through the pros/cons of a number of options he helped us narrow down our search. We walked away with something that fits our needs and wasn’t just the most expensive item available. We didn’t go to any of the other departments, but Jay was fantastic and I would go back for any tv needs.

Hey Best Buy ! So I walked into this location feeling excited about purchasing a new desk top ! However I asked one of your floor staff named BRANDON if there is anyone else working in this area & he replied with a very personal and dry response ! I am not sure what made him feel the need to reply in that way but I work in the industry of HOSPITALITY & it is no excuse to speak to any customer in a place of service! This does not represent Best Buy at all ! To make matters worse I asked him “why so dry “ & he simply ignored me and then I replied stating “ No problem man I’ll just leave you a review , what is your name ?”
He paused for a while & then stated his name “Brandon” & said you go do that ! Thank you so much Brandon for representing the company you work for like this. Great Job !!!!
This place is still a good location to everyone reading this , Everyone has always been friendly and very urgent to get what you need up until this day ! I innerstand we have off days Brandon but your words you speak matters my brother! Have a good day man

Although I did not get what I went in there for, the representative was very helpful in ordering what I wanted. The rep also gave me the option to pick up or have it delivered. Nice big store and always full of help when you walk in.
