“2023 awd Sprinter. I Went first thing in the morning before they opened and they were able to take me on the spot. They inspected my seats and parts to ensure i had everything I needed. 2 x 3 person benches with rails and bolts. They started at 8 and were done by 1. Was told it would be about 600-700 but it came out to $860. I wish it would have been a flat rate to take the guessing out of it. Overall I’m happy with the service and work. I plan on going back to get my windows and fan. Thanks for taking care of my request @valleyvans.Update: got a chance to drive it a few days and I noticed that the seats they installed were not bolted down all the way causing a hard clacking sound when getting on the gas or brakes. I had to tighten down the bolts a few turns and the problem went away.Went back to the store to look at some windows and told them about the issue I had with the seat. They kindly took it in on the spot , tightened up the bolts , added a second locking nut and added some rubber washers to the seat base hooks to help with the dampening no charge. Thanks Mark and Carlos.Update :Just installed slider windows for both sliding doors and big bay sliding windows in the back. Finished the interior, added 2 light strips by the back doors and 4 spot lights for passenger rows. Installed my owl van sidesteps. The craftsmanship could be better with the screws and lining up of the joints but maybe I’m asking too much.There was an issue with the relay for the passenger lights making a loud buzzing sound. I called them up and they diagnosed, replaced and relocated the relay.I saw some water on the inside of a sliding window so I thought there was a leak. Called them up and they took me in the same day checked it all out.Thanks Neil, Carlos and Mark for being patient with me I appreciate you guys.”

“I expected to have an annoying day at the car dealerships. I went online and found a vehicle that I wanted for my wife. As I walked through the lot to find the car i was greeted by Hector one of the sales people. I asked to drive the car and within 2 minutes we were on the road test. He told me about all the available incentives. So when we got back to the dealership he introduced me to Diana the manager she told me the price and gave me the 28k ( Blue Book fair trade in value) for my Tahoe trade in. On to financing where Dawn the finance manager asked if i was buying an extended warranty. I said no and that was that. Never mentioned or tried to push it again. I got a good loan rate and was happy that the loan was for exactly what Diana rote in the total space on the original contract I signed. After signing all the paperwork I had a couple laughs with the other sales people while my car was in the service department getting ready . Took only an hour and a half to get the car washed prepped and filled with gas. I would have to say it was probably the best car purchase experiences I've ever had. All done the same afternoon. The only way it could've been better is if i was buying a vehicle for myself. As this car was for my wife. Will be back again and definitely will recommend going here if you want to get in and out without all the typical back and forth between the sales person and there manager. I highly recommend this location for their excellent service and knowledgeable staff, especially Wayne.”

Auto repair experience:
I got my car back in beautiful condition. They detailed the entire inside and outside of my car and did my repairs. I inspected my cars exterior and everything looked visibly good. The only minor thing I did notice is the driver sides bumper where I was hit was a tiny bit lifted up but not dramatically. I opened up the hood of the car and it was beautiful. They cleaned everything so well I thought they put a brand new engine in; even topped off my fluids. As for the driving with it. It drove beautiful. It felt more powerful than before and the braking even got better (though I didn’t get those repaired, maybe they threw it in, no idea).
Customer service experience:
The guy who helped me with my auto repair was John. John went above and beyond! to assist me. On an unfortunate night, the front of my car was hit by a driver. I had to find a shop own my own to bring my car to. I found All City Auto Body & Towing through a google search. Ironically I later came to realize I already go to their parent company All City Tire & Auto, and I always had a good experience with their tire shop so it makes sense that I’d have a good experience with their auto body shop. John assisted me by breaking down everything the insurance papers estimate said and told me every procedure one by one. He would call regularly to update me on my car’s progress. A huge thing for me, he was very honest throughout the entire process. Many auto shops like to gip their customers, especially if female, but this shop has nothing but people with integrity. John helped me land an amazing discount because of my circumstances. He was extremely compassionate. John called the insurance company on my behalf to speak to them in regards to my case to make sure all my repairs were covered. Not only that, but John also remembered the most mundane details I told him about my own life and that meant a lot to me. He actually cared about his customer. He even told his boss about my circumstances and got an even better deal for me. It was amazing. I cried so much with John for helping me. I thanked his boss tremendously for his kindness also.

I highly recommend this place to everyone. You will be treated with compassion, honesty, kindness, and people who actually enjoy their job.
