“Wing nuts and screws was what I come for. I had to ask 3 ppl for help but I get cranky when it comes to stuff like hammer and nails and my dad lives all the way in Chicago. So yeah first guy was like aisle 11 and I was consumed with nails measuring it all wrong and got PISSED! Then I was about to make the guy show me (who says that) but ran into the key making guy who I asked to refer to me to a person who could show me. He points across to I believe Mr James and I laid my woes on Mr James and he came and went and measured and went thru all the packs do nails like a needle in a hay stack. I would have NEVER found them if it wasn't for him and my balloon arch would not have been complete. Good job Mr James, the Key man and the two young ladies at the door/ register keeping everything organized and in check”

“I've been here a few times. Today I stopped by in a hurry because my computer's storage drive failed and I needed a new one quickly. An excellent clerk at the pickup counter expedited the process and I was able to be in and out in a few minutes.”
