I brought my MDX 2023 for 9am appt. for a regular service maintenance & saw 3 lady service advisor who purposely ignore me while holding my paper works.
After 15mins. of waiting & almost walking out, lucky for me “”Rhasaan Augustin” ask me if I need something & ask me to be seated in his cubicle. Rhasaan didn’t only take me by really accommodated with with updates. Total waiting time is 2hrs. for an oil change & tire rotation. It’s not quick but feeling someone to ask what you need w/ an appointment is for me a good experience.

This was my first visit at Acura of Valley Stream Service. I had a 8:00 am appointment on a Sat for inspection and oil change. Very pleased that my car was ready by 9:15 am.
My service advisor was Victoria, who was extremely pleasant and accommodating.
Will definitely go back when needed and highly recommend.
