I love 7Eleven but the location on Merrick in Valley Stream never has any ice coffee available it’s always watery or chunky or gritty. I have to always make my coffee from the hot brew and ice. Also there aren’t enough dairy free creamer options I have an allergy to milk and would like some options.

The cleanliness of this is by far the worst 7/11 I’ve been to. Says 24 hours but locks their doors @ 1am. Slurpe machine sucks customer service is ok.

Ants crawling all over soda machine. Told the guy behind the register and got no response. They really have to work on cleaning. I know people are slobs at time but you can't leave it that way.

Was charged for a large coffee when I got a small coffee, these guys are always trying to overcharge people , it’s more like a policy at this point . Highly unprofessional people behind the register at all times, avoid this 7 Eleven !!

I am a regular customer of your store. This morning one of the workers offended me by making a gesture as if voting for me from the store. The problem arises when I was first waiting to be attended and the employee chose to attend to the person who was after me on the line. The other customer pointed out that I was first responding that he was placing an order over the phone. Emphasizing why he was not attending me, he made the gesture with his hand as if voting for me from the store. This worker did not have his name. I am very upset by this attitude. He is not a suitable person to give customer service. I have never had any problems with the other workers. It's the first time I've seen him. I just want to add that I tried to be nice and wait for the call or the moment to end so that he would give me attention, but apparently, he ignored my attitude or devalued my person. I repeat, I am very upset by this kind of person at the front of a counter.
