Basically got scammed and paid almost $150 over original price the lady messed my order up and I had to pay for it being it’s Valentine’s Day I had to pay extra to make sure I get my women her gift #StayOnline this booth is a scam do not support

Terrible customer service the manager is rude and they got my order wrong. I email them the pictures and when i went there we went over the pictures it was 10 family members when we went over it and when i came to pick it up and 2 of my family members were missing out of the photo. i told the guy who was there and he said i had to wait for the manager to come back and the person who took my order. So now i have to wait 30 minutes for them to come back and when the manager comes back she has the nerve to say they put the amount of pictures i had and i had to tell her to go to the email i sent and this is when they want to fix their mistake and that took over an 1 hour to correct the issue which was way too long. I will never go to this location or reccomend them. What they need to do for customers is give them the same copy you are sending so that way they can approve it and have a copy of what is being done because had she email me what she was sending i could have told her 2 people were missing and i wouldnt have to wait another 4 days hopeful when i get it back its correct. Terrible customer service when i am paying my money and its your fault the young lady did not send the original one we did when i was at the location. I called corporate because this is unacceptable when people are paying their hard earned money, so this is not over.

I recently purchased a 3D item at Green Acreas Mall in Valley Stream, I love my purchase and more importantly my husband who’s hard to please loves his gift. I was very impressed with the manager Michael who was so pleasant, professional, knowledgeable of the product and went above and beyond to help me, making sure I was satisfied. I love the 3D products they make unique gifts and Michael deserves my applause!
