We were recommended to use Santi Express by Lynn Garcia our Realtor and good friend. We were not disappointed. From meeting Sheryl when she came to our home to discuss our needs for our move, everything was professionally done. Rhonda was so helpful and always ready to help with any questions. On moving day she called to let us know when movers would be at our new home. Moving from a house to an apt is quite a job but everyone at Santi Express was ready to lend a hand. Thank you Pat and Mickey and all moving crew! Our furniture and personal items went from storage to our new apt without any problems. We highly recommend everyone in need of moving and storage needs. We will definitely refer our friends and family to use your services. Thank you and Happy Holidays!

I have nothing but rave reviews for Santi Express! From meeting Sheryl at my moms townhouse to having her crew pack everything and move it, all within a 4 day period without as much as a hiccup. The office staff was friendly and very responsive as well. I would definitely use them for any future move I need, and 100% recommend Santi Express to anyone else looking for a reliable, responsible moving company.

There is not enough thank yous that can describe our gratitude in dealing with Wheaton and Santi Express. From the moment we called for a quote until we unpacked at our new home, your service was excellent! A special thank you to Robin in the way she has handled our questions and Antonio and his team who have handled the packing. His attitude when issues came up and the way he handled it was such an example to us! As I unpacked, I could see with how much care they took when wrapping and packing our valuables. Kevin and the person who did the second move as driver is also noteworthy. They have treated our stuff with care and they were very professional in all their interaction. Collectively, they turned a stressful 3-destination move into a smooth and pleasurable experience.

If anyone would like proof that I am not someone who works for this company I have receipts. They have moved me 5 times in the past 10 years. They are the best of the best. Professional, dependent, accommodating and reasonably priced. There is no better storage and moving company than Santi Express!!!!!

Some of the stuff that I didn't want to get packed away such as my computer or my pillow or my phone charger got packed away even though I told him not to so yeah also they barely handle valuable stuff- breakable stuff carefully

A family member hired them before a move and when they realized some if their things were missing they tried to place blame on other members of my family. Contacted the owner and was told no boxes were missing. Meanwhile most of my glassware , a set of samurai swords,crystal belonging to my deceased mother and numerous other items were also missing. Make sure if you use this company you have proof if items packed. I now have nothing of my mothers and my feeling is it was just dismissed. Be very careful when using this company

I have used Santi Express about 10 times in the past 16 years for local and long distance moves, and I had a great experience every time. It starts with a friendly and knowledgeable office staff that helps with all of the details, making it a much less stressful process. The packing, moving and storage staff are always so polite, and they get the job done quickly and smoothly. My belongings have always arrived on time and undamaged. Also, the management is so honest that they have told me if they aren't the best option for me and have pointed me in the right direction. I would recommend Santi Express to anyone, just as I have to my friends and family many times over the years!

Moving after years of living in one home can and often is a trying, nerve wrecking experience. However having Patrick, Mickey, Rashaun, for our crew made matters so much easier. Their timely arrival, attention to detail and care in handling our "treasures" was a welcome relief in what can be a trying day. We would definitely recommend using Santi Express for your moving needs.

The entire team at Santi Express is top notch. I've used them for numerous moves, including overseas. From the quote process, to moving and even storage...they are #1. Staff is friendly, efficient and highest level of integrity. Santi Express has earned my trust and business on an ongoing basis, even handling moves from Georgia, NC, AZ and Dubai. We used Santi Express to move from New York to Connecticut. The office staff was wonderful-Kathy and Robin were patient and helpful with every step of the move-scheduling, packing suggestions, supplying packing materials. Sheryl Santi REALLY knows her stuff and the estimate was on target. But the true gems were the five men on our team for both days-Don, TJ, Pat, Mickey and Al. They were fast, careful and truly moving experts. No damage. No time wasted. No lunch breaks. Great to work with and a pleasure to have met.

Santi Express failed to follow thru on their order of service AFTER they received my payment. 48 hours prior to moving, plans changed and NO ONE TOOK RESPONSIBILITY. I did not even get an apology.
After months of wanting a stress free move, Santi Express did the opposite and made my move an awful experience.
My car sat in a lot for over a week because they did not schedule it properly. I paid a ridiculous amount of money and was taken advantage of.
Bottomline, this is the worst company I have ever used for a move. Their do whatever they want regardless of what you paid for. I should have read all the poor reviews online.
Do not use this company.

Although the 2 young men who were the obvious underlings and order-takers worked as hard and fast as they could unloading our belongings at our house in Nyack on August 6, the crew foreman (a much older man) constantly complained to us about our "big furniture" which had been moved from Ohio where the doorways and halls were larger than NY homes. He also constantly belittled his two hard-working helpers and even mocked them, calling them "weaklings" in our presence! They left several gouge marks in our walls for us to repair, they couldn't fit my husband's computer desk through the doorway of the office even after removing the door (which they did not replace before leaving) and refused to disassemble the desk so we could set it up in the office. Instead, they took it back down stairs, outside, and set it in behind our house where it got ruined in the rain. My husband and I are in our 60's and have some physical limitations - that's why we spent the $$$$$ to hire a "reputable" moving company (Santi is a subsidiary of Wheaton Van Lines) when we left Cincinnati. Although the local Cincinnati company (Bell Moving & Storage) was completely professional and helpful at that end of our move, this outfit was completely the opposite. They also unloaded all our boxes into the house BEFORE the furniture (because of the way it had been loaded in Cincy), so told us we didn't have room for all our furniture b/c the house was filled w/ boxes. They should have unloaded the furniture FIRST! Many of the boxes (all of which were clearly labeled) were taken to the wrong rooms, and they stacked really heavy boxes loaded w/ books on top of light-weight boxes which got crushed, but I think that the WORST part was the attitude of the foreman - he was so inconsiderate and abusive toward his crew and acted like a slave driver (in spite of being an afro-american). If I'd been one of those guys, I'd have been tempted to just walk off the job. Instead they suffered his abuse for hours. I hope they've found somewhere else to work.
