My aluminum ramp from National Ramp has been a great addition to my house after having major back surgery and a lower left leg amputation. It made it very easy for me to get in/out of my house in my wheelchair or walking with my walker, In addition, it made it easier for my aging parents to visit. The installers were prompt, quick, and very professional making the process very easy from quote through installation. I would definitely recommend National Ramp to anyone.

I'm not happy with the fact that every time it rains, the water pools on the platform right outside the door and also on the second platform. If it's cold enough, the puddle turns to ice. You can't put salt on the aluminum to melt it because it has the aluminum. When it's wet in the winter, the whole ramp is a frozen slide because there's no holes for water to quickly escape or snow to go through so it packs there. And we are stuck inside because it's not safe to try to even walk on or shovel off. There's no holes to let the water off the ramp and I'll probably have a friend drill some holes to let water drain. If there was a fire I would hate trying to escape on that hot aluminum. I think this is a poor design and makes the ramp unsafe on regular occasions and they need to address it.

Our ramp was put up quickly and they worked with us to stay within our budget while still accommodating our aesthetic needs. We were very pleased with the outcome, it looks good and it is safe for our parents.

Being a Dealer of National Ramp has been the best choice Millers Home Access Department could have made. The Staff we work with, Ross, Amanda, Vikki, Trista and Dona are top notch. They get back to us with quotes, and answers to our questions in lightening speed! The service we get from them is a cut above other ramp companies we have worked with in the past. We recently had a large project that we needed additional assistance with and again the National Ramp team went above and beyond with their service. I highly recommend that if any Access Company is looking for a superior ramp company to work with, they should reach out to Ross. All of our Clients love their ramps! National Ramp is always looking for ways to improve the installation time as well as adding new products such as portable ramps and rubber thresholds. Great company with an excellent product, and wonderful staff! We will be partners for a long time to come!

The team at National Ramp was great to work with. They were extremely professional and respectful. I can honestly say that they went beyond any expectations that I had. There were a couple bumps in the road with the delivery, but I contacted my project manager and within ten minutes these issues were taken care of, and delivery and setup were back on the timeline that was originally given to me. I would highly recommend National Ramp.

Purchased my ramp about 2 years ago. I bought extra platforms for a deck. I could not live without it. It’s become the gathering place for my friends and family. My quality of life has returned because I have freedom again. And the aluminum ramp is Made in the USA!

The ramp was purchased for my 98 year old mother. The communication from the representatives of National Ramp was knowledgeable, true to their word, and very courteous. The ramp was installed without any issues. It is very sturdy and looks good attached to the porch. A concern expressed to the National Ramp rep was that the ramp was going to be too steep for my Mother to be able to use it by walking; he assured us that she would have no problem. My Mother is very happy that she is able to walk the ramp and that she now has access to use her wheelchair to get in and out of the house. I highly recommend National Ramp.

The need to install a ramp and other modifications made to our home was due to a life changing health situation. When investigating places that install ramps, I chose National Ramp based on the initial call to Max. I felt he understood, (better than I did actually), my situation and was guiding and advising me with perfect professionalism and candor. He set up an appointment for me with Noel, one of his installers. I met with Noel a couple of times and he became an instrumental person in creating a safe environment in our home for my husband. Noel walked through our home making suggestions that would make it safer and give my husband a higher level of independence. I was impressed with his ability to quickly note the challenges and educated me to be prepared when my husband would be back home. Anyone who has challenges coming there way, and you are looking here for the help you need, absolutely consider this company. I could not say or praise Noel enough! Someday he may see this and I hope he does! We installed a ramp, a shower pole which is one of the most amazing structural aids I have ever seen and a simple inside ramp. I am grateful that Noel came into our lives, and if you need help, I do not think you could find a more sincere, compassionate person to help you through what for many, is a difficult transition! Thank you Noel!
