As I walked into this spa the service was wonderful and finally found the best spa in rock land county for me. The staff is so friendly and their work is amazing, candy did my mani-pedi and did a fabulous job.

Hana was amazing. She was very professional and always helps pick a design for me. Everyone always asks if my nails are stickers because they are so perfect.

I came here because it was highly recommend by a long time customer but I will never again return. The Nail tech Hanna kept filing my nail even after I told her to stop because she hit skin. The polish job was sloppy so I requested someone else do it and she insisted she would fix it. I didn’t want to cause a scene so I let her but it was the worst mistake because it got worst and when she asked if I was happy with her work I in turn asked her if she was happy with her work and she admitted it wasn’t good and blamed me for making her do it over. I paid and left I was sooo mad. I called from my car to request a refund because I didn’t want to scare away others and the manager was even worst. Didn’t offer to fix it just said I should’ve picked a different color. Horrible service. Never again.

I have been going to LN nail spa for over a year now. I have been so happy with every visit! Hana is my go to girl. She is so personable and knows exactly what to do when I'm indecisive, never steering me wrong. I have given her pictures to replicate and she never disappoints even when they are too intricate or complicated. She always makes my nails looks unique and intricate. I get so many compliments wherever I go and I always recommend Hana and all the excellent staff at LN!

I've never left a negative review but this was probably one of the worst experiences of my life. I was as patient as could be for such a bad experience. I got a mani pedi - the water was cold, the guy did not shape my nails at all, the nail polish chipped right away. I told him three times to shape my nails and he just grumpily moved the nail filer around my nails to form no shape at all. I just wanted to get out of there. They still got a fat tip from me but I will not be returning! Please work on your service and hospitality.

I've been going to Nikki for over 10 years even before she opened her own salon. All the girls are extremely nice here and do great work! I'm always happy with how accommodating they are with my schedule.I get compliments on my nails often I'll never go anywhere else. This is a great place to get a specific design and get treated great. Candy was my nailtech and she really delivered for my nails. Thus, making my engagement photos come out stunning. 10/10 recommend!!

The staff was very kind called this morning and they has availability to fit me in for a set of gel extensions. The person that did my nails I believe her name is Candy was very meticulous and did an amazing job with my nails im so happy with how they came out this is the best they have ever looked. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did exactly that! Ill definitely will be coming back again!Services: Nail art
