My husband and I traveled 354 miles for the class Chef Fatima was amazing. She was great showing us the tools and techniques for making the dough. Chef is very laid back. Classes are small and personal Best 2 hour class. The pizzia is amazing

I purchased a 7X4 Concession trailer in the spring of 2021. The oven is a Fiamma Rossa Grande, wood fired oven. I had a couple of minor issues with it after it was shipped to me but Jimmy was on it right away. I am very impressed with their customer service and with the oven. We used it for private parties until this past summer when we used it every Saturday at the local farmers market with great success! We now have loyal customers.

Finally used my father's day gift certificate (and brought the family with me!) This was a great experience and will add to our backyard fun. Learned quite a few tips for making brick oven pizza. Fatima, the chef/teacher is fantastic. In short, this is really fun, educational, and really tasty!

Great experience with the staff having an oven installed on my food trailer. They went above and beyond during and after the install helping me troubleshoot some ventilation issues and shipping items needed to be sure oven vented safely. Oven maintains heat very well, and has increased my pizza output from day one.

In terms of producing heat, my ilFornino Oven F-Series mini is a real BEAST. I like using this oven to bake bread, roast vegetables, and cook pizzas at temperatures between 500 and 900 degree Fahrenheit. The ilFornino Oven is a true game changer in the way you cook.

I purchased this the media rossa stainless steel oven and had it shipped to utah. The oven was slightly dented on one side in transit. Infornino gave me in store credit as an apology for the shippers accident! I love how professional and friendly their staff is !!
