Checked in on app which said store hours in Valley Cottage, NY were open til 4:00 PM. I arrived at 3:30 PM and hours posted on the door also said open til 4:00 PM but they had locked the door early.

I went to the Great Clips 20 minutes before they closed I was told to come another time only one customer in the chair. They were worried more about closing then taking care of the client that just walked in.My cut so simple maybe 20 minutes work that it's.

Had a hair cut in this place and had a good experience. Yanik ( hope I spell it correctly) did a good job. You could tell that she knows what's she's doing. She's very professional and nice at the same time.

I gave 4 stars only because of my situation.. I got a haircut and it ended up being completely slanted plus the bangs I wanted were not right at all. I'm not picky but it was a chunk of hair cut to me chin and that was it. I did show a picture of what I wanted but it didn't work.I called and explained the issue And they were very nice told me to come back for a REDO within 7 days.The woman who fixed my hair was named Dolce ( I am sorry if I misspelled) and she was so awesome! She not only fixed it she re-did the whole thing to what I wanted. She was respectful and LISTENED!!! THANK YOU DOLCE!

The man who cut my hair was an old man and he did not even know how to cut properly my hair was uneven and he did not even wet my hair before cutting and it hurt. I asked for a mid fade and when I was done I looked pathetic and the hair on top was completely uneven the old man did not even comb my hair like other barbers do after cutting it such a terrible experience please do something about the barbers who cannot cut properly

This was my first and last time going to great clips. My son got a haircut that was so bad I've never seen anything like it. The barber did not know how to cut hair. He didn't blow dry the hair and the length is uneven all around. I will never ever come back here.

Used to go here all the time. Guy who cut my hair wasn’t paying any attention to me whatsoever, cut my neck while buzzing my hair then.. had the AUDACITY to ask for a tip. Won’t be back.

The man who cut my daughters hair was extremely rude, giving her layers when she specifically asked multiple times for her hair to be cut to one length, and saying no when he kept pushing to do them anyway. I could have done a better job myself and wish her other appointment with an actual hairdresser who listens to the client and doesn’t think they know best hadn’t been cancelled. Please don’t go here, unless you are a man needing a buzz cut.
