I think the people here are human and pleasant at this branch. I’m not sure why I saw a one star rating.
Awhile ago I went there and was disappointed to learn that the lobby is still not open due to the Covid19 pandemic. However, one of the drive-thru tellers came to the front door to enquirer about my business.
I needed a roll of quarter to do my laundry and I knew from before, that this branch do not give quarters through the drive-up. He arranged for another person in the branch who had the keys to come with him and we did the exchange. We were all wearing our masks and we were safe.
I appreciate people who know that rules are not set in stone, and are able to use common sense and human intuition to make decisions.

I waited 20 mins in the drive thru for service since the lobby isn't open do to covid. When it was my turn the guy at the window told me they were closed for the day. They were open when I was inline. I told him he still had 4 cars in back of me that were unaware the bank drive thru was now closed. I told him he was wrong to reject customers who were waiting! He told me I could park my car and come around and do my transaction with a debit card. I thought the point of a drive thru is for convenience.
Also keeping people out of the lobby, or out of contact due to covid. Other drive-thrus would have accommodated the people on the line before closing for the day. They should have informed people on the line about their closing than have them wait for no reason and be rejected for service. By reading the online reviews this location isn't doing very well. I believe they are in big need corporate intervention and retraining ASAP!!!!

Awful parking, lobby coffee, accident to happen to get in and out of the location. The staff is annoying and not transparent.
