Very sad experience here during my pets end of life. Unfortunately their care plan was a sales plan and they sent a terminal home animal to suffer after billing thousands and scheduling a follow up for the next week for hundreds more. I have no doubt that at the initial assessment the Vet knew the extent of my animals medical issues and a prognosis however they ordered unnecessary tests, and sold us the possibility of more time with her, collected thousands and scheduled follow ups when what they should have done was made the animal comfortable and ended her suffering - she passed at home not 48hours later. Upon return to the vet it again became a sale as they were quite quick to suggest urns and collect additional disposal fees. I will never bring another pet to this organization and I caution you to find other providers.

Over the last 25 years Valhalla Animal Hospital has taken care of my 3 Wolfhounds, 3 Greyhounds and currently my 2 Staghounds. This is only the second time I have ever left a review somewhere but felt it necessary due to the care they received. This place is truly amazing at diagnostics. Their pragmatic approach has literally saved me thousands over the years. I highly recommend them for emergencies and everyday care.

I've been going to Valhalla Animal Hospital for many years now. I had a cocker spaniel who passed away at 14 years of age and a beagle who passed away at 16. Since then, I rescued 2 German Shepherds. I brought them both in the day after I adopted them to be checked out, the staff there is so amazing and caring. They helped me understand what one of the rescue dogs went through just by looking at her. Together we nursed her back to health and a year later she is such a happy, healthy, beautiful girl.

Dr John has been my veterinarian for over 20’years, he and his staff have given the most compassionate and expert care to all three of my Boxers. I recently took my cat to Valhalla animal hospital, and I couldn't be happier with the care she received. The staff was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, making both me and my furry friend feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the veterinarian took the time to thoroughly explain everything and answer all of my questions. I left feeling confident that my pet was in good hands, and I would highly recommend this animal hospital to anyone in need of veterinary care.

After my original vet in Bedford Village passed away a few years ago, my family and I were trying to find a consistent vet. Over the last year and a half, Valhalla has treated all my dogs with amazing care; especially for my senior dog who was blind and severely arthritic in her final year of life. I appreciate all the help with my corgi and my lab/hound mix

Brooke has always received excellent care at Valhalla Animal Hospital. Now that she is a senior dog, she needs more interventions and the staff have not only done a great job with diagnoses and treatments, but they seem to genuinely love Brooke. Highly recommend.

First and foremost, I would like to thank Dr. Demasi and her lovely staff for being so good to me and my cats and working with me to unravel this mess caused by Main Street Animal Hospital in Elmsford.They sat down looked and analyzed all my records and helped me decipher what my next steps are put me in a much better head space and on the right trajectory in caring for these 2 animals.I highly recommend this place

Not sure what’s going on. Change of management? Front Desk person too lazy to respond back? But these babies are NOT their top priority. They were good at first with quick communication but as soon as I mentioned about bringing my 4 MONTH BABY that same day, they totally ignored me and I would have appreciate it if they would have responded back with a “no, sorry, we can schedule you for some other day?” I told them all my concerns as to why I wanted to get my puppy ALL her shots because she only has her Rabies shots and they did not seem to be concern as much as I was! I IMMEDIATELY looked for another Vet! Please dont come here, they dont show interest. I can just imagine what they do behind closed doors!
