Tom and Hillside Service workers are good folk for the community. When calling in for service for your vehicle just address your issue quickly cause they are busy daily.
A helpful is to call ahead to come to the shop to diagnose your issue then set up a time to bring your car in for him to look at. Tom was quick to diagnose the problem I had for years that the dealership wouldn’t figure out. Took him one full day to fix my main issue, but he discovered another issue related to the first & wouldn’t let me come pick my car up until the whole issue was resolved. Overall, Tom and others want to make sure you are taken care of, fairly price and I will go back if anymore issues.

Very rude guy on the phone.
I called to ask them if they do inspections on an EV. He said “yes but we’re booked today ok?” Like if he didn’t want to take my appointment.
If you don’t have appointments for today then simply tell me when your next available appointment is. Or simply tell the truth and say you really don’t wanna take in my car.
I called another shop and they said they don’t have appointments today but the next one is available for Monday like a good customer service should be.

I don't usually leave reviews but I such a great experience here that I decided to write one! The mechanics at Hillside Service Center fixed my car quickly and it's been running great ever since. Highly recommend.

Want to give a huge shout to Hillside Service Center. My daughter, who goes to college locally, needed a battery replaced in her car. I called at 4:00pm and confirmed it was in stock. She showed up 20 minute later and the battery was installed in 30 minutes. They were great with an 18 year girl and couldn’t be happier with the service. Thank you again and we will be back for any service needed!Service: Auto battery replacement

I started to go to Hillside Service Center a few years ago after it was recommended to me.They have been excellent.They have fixed every issue that I have come in with and never pushed a service that I did not need.The are friendly and price fairly. They are very busy thogu so you have to plan accordingly.I am really happy with the work they do and would recommend them.
