They have refused to get in touch with me from the proper management team and have made several wrongful accusations that are public, due to us having to resort the matter with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
It appears they have ceased contact with mediation due to their errors being pointed out. It's unfortunate that they don't stand being their products because I have used both their film and digital options in the past.
Make sure you watch out for the "turn it off and on again" error that they provide with their digital cameras.

I am very upset and frustrated due to me specifically writing on the note I wanted my negatives back, I know it said I won't get them back in very tiny print, but I only noticed that days later. I called your guys support and they are now gonna try and find my negatives. if I don't get my negatives back I will make sure I get something in return for something I have lost on your guys behalf ?

Recently purchased an x-t2 mirrorless with a set of x mount lenses (18-55mm zoom, wide angle, 23mm prime) and I could not be happier. Intuitive interface, quick response to setting changes, great low light performance on the sensor. Great quality and features for the price. I'd recommend an x package to anyone from beginner to pro. Fuji is innovating like no other camera company these days.

SECOND FOLLOW UP: it has been 4 weeks since I had my "good" experience with Fuji Tech Support. and there has not been any followup despite promises to the contrary. They misled me or have failed to perform. I also found out that my new camera was defective; what I had thought was a bad design turns out to have been a bad copy. I cannot blame Fuji for that in that no matter how excellent one's QC, errors will be made from time to time. But that might well have been a possible basis for the problems I was having with the storage cards - and it was never suggested. So - back to 2 stars. FOLLOW UP COMMENTS: On the Monday, following the experience I describe below, I reached a support tech at Fuji. I have spent about 90 minutes with him on the phone and, while we have not definitively solved my issue, he has been great to work with - diligent, thoughtful and persistent. He is reaching out to Fuji in Japan to get a solution for me and I expect to hear back from him in a couple of days. In the interim, we have found a work around enabling me to use the camera. The agent has been dissatisfied with the answers we have gotten so far from within Fuji, and that makes me feel like I have an advocate. Consequently, I have upped my rating from 1 star to 3. I remain unhappy that the tech support office is apparently not manned during the listed hours, that the "contact us" email failed to function, and that Fuji has failed to include in its selling materials information alerting prospective purchasers to this problem. I may have been lucky with this agent despite a general low level of support; I do not yet know. ORIGINAL COMMENTS: I purchased a new high-end Fujifilm camera, the X-T2. I have been shooting digitally for ten years and certainly know the basics. I encountered a technical problem with what should be a simple and direct issue and called Fujifilm on Saturday evening. They claim, on their computer VRU, to offer technical camera support for the X series of cameras from 10 AM until 6 PM (eastern time) on the weekends. I called around 5:30 pm eastern time. After following the VRU and pressing the appropriate buttons, I was told the offices were closed until Monday. Frustrated, I moved on. . . so I used their contact form to attempt to reach technical support. The form calls for checking various blanks - but their site does not yet recognize the existence of the X-T2 - although it was introduced with fanfare some months ago. I Nonetheless wrote a detailed description of the problem and some of the actions I had taken to address the issue and launched it. The site responded with a message that the "page could not be found". My message was not transmitted, and was lost. I have no remedy until Monday at best. In the interim I can see on the camera but cannot access on the computer the pictures I have taken. This is not a tragedy but should be taken as a warning of the level of support devoted to Fuji USA's professional users - which seems tremendously sloppy at best and non-existent at worst.

As owner of two Fuji Film point and shoot cameras (both film and digital), my trust has sadly declined in Fuji Film's quality of photo equipment. Recent purchase in a last minute pitch with assistance of a good friend prior to my Far East excursion has created immense agita and aggravation. Upon powering on the machine I constantly receive "card error" message flashing red across the screen. Frustration loom to an glorious doom while thousands of miles away from my home country to be forced to purchase two new memory cards (SD, SDHC) only to discover that the camera has a technical error. A brand new digital camera unfunctional due to a machinal error? Ayia! My existing film point and shoot Fuji Film camera, still works after a decade of photographic journalism. Cameras are not made with loving care and high standards quality like the good old days, seriously!
