The gentleman at the desk was very very nice he was very made me feel very comfortable he assisted me with what I wasn't sure to what to do very knowledgeable on what the procedures are but overall the customer service I couldn't ask for better and I do appreciate you very much and thank you.

I called to talk to someone about a shipment and I couldn't get to without a tracking number. I think I'm I'm just tired of getting automated service and not able to talk to a live person.
