Very helpful and friendly. Prices are reasonable... And they even help me with heavy stuff like chlorine to carry to my car. I appreciate them. I especially love Carrie who works in the paint department. She's a sweetheart.

I got an estimate on windows in October... Was to order them now , 4 months later as contractor ready in 2 months ... Sales man merely submitted/ emailed bill without ever telling me price increased by $100 per window per month .... Unreasonable ... $400 increase in as many months !!! And he did not inform client !!! A little miffed ..

Just about everything you need in a pinch, a lot packed into this local hardware store. Everything from nuts/ bolts, lumber, to mowers and snowblowers. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Nice paint department.

Probably the best customer service you're gonna find in any retail type of situation. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Only negative is the prices are usually higher than the big box stores. That said, the sheer convenience, ease of locating items and the exemplary customer service outweighs the slightly higher costs in most situations.
