“Stopped in bc i had a noise coming from my front end. Found out my brakes were really bad. The last place i took my car to honestly did me dirty and by the looks of it didn’t do their job at all. Kayla ordered my parts right away and they worked on it same day; it was done within 5 hours! I honestly was expecting to leave my car a few days. “I stayed at a hotel and came outside the next morning and car wouldnt start. I called Renato at Alltow for a jump. They arrived before estimated arrival. What we thought was going to be a simple jump, turned out the car needed more than just a jump. Renato towed my car back to the shop and stayed late finding the problem and fixing it, helping me get my car back on the road and charged me fairly! I recommend Alltow and will be using them for my future car needs!Service: Battery service”

“Recently my GF's son bought a vehicle on long island. He is 23 and perhaps to enthusiastic. Against my advice we took him to LI to pick up the truck. We live way up in upstate NY. Wouldnt you know it the truck broke down half way. I needed a tow , I needed somebody, cause i dont know anybody near Newburg anymore. He came got the truck and did everything he said he would do. I had to leave it for the next day. And MY tow dolly broke down the next day. Still he worked with me- having infinite patience. If you break down around Newburg, NY call these guys.”
“Had a fender bender and my bumper popped out pretty bad. What I didnt know was that my radiator and condenser were also broken inside. He could have just patched up the bumper and call it a day; but he was honest and thorough and fixed everything that he said he would. Looks brand new and he even shined my tires :). Only thing I’ll say is he could have been a bit more polite/patient with me on our last phone call…. But despite that he did a good job and I would recommend his shop. Thanks!..”

“Otto's did what the local dealership refused to do, went the extra mile to find the incredibly hard to find parts needed to finish fixing my car. My insurance company took forever to get the adjuster out to inspect the vehicle, the dealership took forever to get the parts but Otto's got the car put back together as soon as the parts came in and looking like nothing ever happened to it.”

They were able to do all the work needed, and change the spare tire. I actually made a mistake and didn't realize the car had aftermarket tires, so I told her to get the wrong tire. “I tow a travel trailer and was on my way up to Lake George. During my travels on the NY Thruway, my right rear leaf spring on my suspension snapped. My trailer was leaning hard. I was able to get to a service area and parked in the truck lot. Quality Towing responded and was at my site within 20 minutes. Being that my trailer couldn't be towed, the successfully repaired my leaf spring and were very professional. They also made sure I was on the road and on my way.
