Annual check up for the truck. Staff was very nice, friendly and polite. I would recommend Ziebart to anyone who is looking for rust proofing for their vehicle.

I got it done when my truck was 1 yr old they say 10yr warranty not to rust it started rusting in 4yrs and they won’t fix it until it rots completely through there a SCAM don’t waste your money going to them

Went in for an undercoat two years ago and they did a good job . However went in recently for a touch up on the undercoat. Feel as tho it was a rushed job , there was over spray , and the finish product I know wouldn't be perfect on a 2018 truck frame but it looks like an non trained professional applied it runny and goopy uneven look. And was told there nothing they would do to take care of it.

While meeting my daughter who was having her car detailed, I was sitting in my car waiting for her as she was leaving hers for the day. A young lady came out of the building and started videotaping all the cars in the lot, which would have included license plates. When she started filming mine (which was not being worked on) I immediately got out of my car and asked what she was doing. She told me it's their policy to film every car in their lot. This to me seems a bit of an invasion....especially if they are filming cars that are not checked in for service. I'd be wary as this seems a bit sketchy to me.

They did a poor job on my vehicle. -Grease from previous service left on vehicle. (apparently, they don't wash vehicles prior to polishing) -Poorly buffed. Left Scuffed marks all over the outside. -They skipped over most of the inside. Didn't even shampoo back seat, arm rests or door panels -only restored one headlight. other headlight, fog lights and DRLs were untouched I brought the vehicle back the next day. Staff agreed that it was wrong and offered to fix it. 2 days later, it was returned. Only some things were fixed. the other headlight was done but not the fogs or DRLs. The door panels, arm rests and front seats still appear untouched.
