I’ve been trying to get a hold of the sales rep manager for over two weeks. My windows were delivered to their facility and I have not had an installation date or a call from any sales rep or manager to set up a date for installation. they repeatedly told me that your sales rep will get a hold of you and I haven’t heard from her at all yet !!Services: General window replacement

Recently purchased 15 windows from Window Town and they came in within the original quoted time. We were skeptical after reading prior reviews but the prices were far lower than any other quote from other companies in the area. We honestly could not be any more impressed with the product and the level of skill and professionalism from the installer Richard Sann. Rich went above and beyond to get the project done timely and to make the end result look so much better than anticipated. He made the installation process easy and seamless and his work speaks for itself. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and did not stop working the entire time he was here. Our Sales Rep was Kayla and our Installer was Rich Sann. We couldn’t be happier with the professionalism from both that we received. Rich installed our windows these past 2 days in the pouring rain, hail and thunderstorm without a hesitation. He made sure we were happy with everything before leaving the premises, cleaned up all the old windows. Would highly recommend Window Town. Can’t wait to have Rich come back and install the kitchen and basement windows. Kayla walked us through step by step without being pushy. Long wait due to COVID but we'll worth it. Window look great, caulking perfectly. Man who installed was awesome. I am editing my review. After installation we had issues with the windows not locking and improper alignment. We have tried repeatedly for months to get someone to get here to rectify this. I have been ignored, lied to and made to feel they place no value on me as a customer.

Worst company we have ever dealt with. Ordered windows in April. Scheduled the install in September, installers didn't show up. Rescheduled in October, installers didn't show second time. Don't have another date scheduled yet for the third attempt. Save yourself and stay away from this business. Owner David Perkins does not care about the poor service he provides to his customers.

Everyone that came to our house was very professional, very polite. Double measured the windows for accuracy. They said roughly 3 month wait for windows and installation. Called them back a month later just expressing concern about a window that shattered that they are going to replace. They called me back a couple days later said windows came in early and scheduled an emergency replacement with in a week. Very happy with this company and recommend this company for all your window needs. Just one thing to add who ever is sent to do your installation please make sure that you have all their work history details. The installer's we had were not good at all, very rude, disrespectful, angry, they did a very poor quality of work cobbed the job ect.

I ordered my windows and they arrived in stock when promised. Elaine at the office was so nice and wonderful to work with on scheduling me. I was scheduled for 3 days of installation and the installers showed up and knocked it out without making a mess and the new windows are beautiful and I love them!!! I would highly recommend Window Town for any window replacements.Services: General window replacement
