Watch out for the people coming up to you in the parking lot trying to sell you fake gold! He walk up to you saying he needs gas or drives up to you fast! The gold looks real but it's absolutely fake! They like to target small towns and cities!

Very well located, you arrive exactly well with the geogle maps, you enter, the scale is there before you get on, you are going to receive you, they tell you to weigh yourself, you enter until the end, you get off, it's already empty, it's on the scale and they give you papers and that's it, very good service from the staff.

Lots of things are locked up. Like 2 dollar shave cream. Which is fine, but when you press a button for an associate and it takes over 15 minutes for someone to come to unlock the cabinet, it then becomes terrible customer service. And when you report it, you're treated like you're the one stealing from them, and you're the reason why so many things have to be locked up. My time is important to me, and if that's how I'm going to be treated, then I will never go to this store again. If you value your time and don't want to be treated like a thief than I recommend not shopping at this Walmart!!!!

I'm handicap so they let me stay in the arcade in the front of the Store and charge my phone waiting for confirmation of my pay card and finally got my money went shopping Andrew thanked the employee who helped me his name was Cliff I believe told his manager what a good employee he is i will continue to shop my local Walmart

N Utica Walmart has some friendly workers but they need more stockers. I’ve been in several weeks in a row and seen the same shelves unstocked in three different departments.

fix the self checkout registers. BJ's does a scan and go that does not require the customer to go to a register. they do it completely off their phone.
while waiting in line today at walmart to checkout multiple customers complained that they were being skipped because spark shoppers and scan and go shoppers were going to open registers.
advertising walmart+ at the checkout as a way to skip the line is scummy.

Had an issue with a DiGiorno pizza and the nice people at DiGiorno sent me two coupons to use. Used the first at BJ’s with no issues, tried to use the second at Walmart and it turned into a 20 minutes of them trying to scan it, calling over 6 different people and then going to customer service only to be told if they can’t scan it they can’t accept it. So I wasted all that time for nothing. I guess you can’t use manufacturers coupons!!!
