Terrible. I scheduled for a passport appointment at a certain time. The website even says come in 15 mins early. It’s been 30 mins later. I’m still sitting here waiting. Two other work can’t seem to do it. What is the point of making appointments if someone is stuck waiting for another 30 mins. Someone people are coming on lunch and during their breaks. If someone puts for appointment should y’all oblige by it?

Usually this is a good post office location. But now?: No business hours posted at the location. No business hours on the USPS website. Nobody knows what the business hours are! I showed up at 5:30pm just now and the doors were locked. Hey -- it's a post office and Utica's CENTRAL post office! Clear business hours are one of the simplest easiest things you can do to make it simpler for your customers!

I'm not sure why this location has such a low rating. It's my preferred USPS location, by far.I forget the man's name because it was unfamiliar to me but I know it started with "Me". He, and Tracy, have both always been so above and beyond nice every single time I've gone here and are the reasons it's my preferred USPS location. Just some of the most friendly workers I've encountered in a customer service situation. 10/10, will always come back.

I had a great experience today. I came in to buy stamps to send out my wedding invitations. I wasn’t sure what type or how many I needed. The gentleman helped me with everything and he was very friendly!

Large location meaning more lines (shorter wait). Customer service was wonderful! Staff were in a good mood and happy to share that with everyone who walked in.

UPS. FedEx, both delivered multiple packages at my house. No issues, always seems like a haste with USPS. Said I couldn’t be reached, so how did the other drop offs 3x the size make it with no issues? Then the voice prompt says “requested to hold by the customer.” When it was due to their inability to deliver. Avoid these guys if you want to be haste free with your orders.
