I have used this business to ship packages several times, and I can say hands down they are awesome! They take extra special care of delicate/breakable items and make sure everything is packaged correctly. Highly recommend them for all shipping needs.

I went to shiprite to have a paper Laminated for my business. I needed my company name an information on a blank piece of paper and Laminated that’s all! As soon as I walked in he had a very nasty attitude so rude I couldn’t believe it! I asked The store manager who I’m assuming is Robert, how much would the price be for what I needed he told me $150 which was absolutely ridiculous! And not to mention he smelled so bad it was Excruciating ? i Immediately lefted and went to Staples to get what I needed done with no problems for only $6 so please if you need any services as far as paperwork Business card, lamination etc. please go to staples they will definitely get the job done way less expensive then what he wanted to charge me! I’m putting pictures up of what I asked him to do which he said would be $150 and what I actually got from staples for only $6!!!!!!
Sn: he smells horrible like a bag of raw onions ? it was disgusting just like his attitude if he doesn’t like his job maybe he should find a better one!!!!! Horrible customer service with outrageous prices!!!!!

If I could give no stars I would. I sent frozen food that they said was gonna get there the next day. It took 4.5 days to make it 4 hours away. I will never go to them again unless I don't care when it arrives. Not only did I lose out on the money sending it but food I sent cost over 100 dollars to make it so they had to throw it out. It was packed with ice packs to assure it was gonna be frozen when they were suppose to receive it the next day. I should have gone with the us postal they would have received it quicker. Lesson learned

It is fine when you need assistance with shipping. I am not an expert on shipping, but it seemed to me that shipping prices have gotten very expensive. They were very helpful and if you need help they are there for you. They have all items required to package and ship items.

Once a week these guys have fix something in my life. Whatever I throw at them, they handle with a high degree of professionalism. The value of their services can not be overstated & they are a pleasure to deal with.

This place was very unpleasant and unprofessional m. My brother passed away and I came to them a 3/4 days before his funeral services the guy assured me that he can have his obituary ready for me to pick up @ close the following day so I waited until 5:45pm to call them and when I did he told me he couldn’t get to it because his work load was really crazy so then he suggested that I send over a PDF format that he can print and when I did just that I called him right back to confirm he received the pdf format he said he did but unfortunately he just couldn’t get to it all because it was “too much for him at the im time sooooo idk what to tell you”mind you when I first came there all he had to say was he couldn’t do it because the shop is backed up I would have gladly went somewhere else. Thankfully I was able to complete the obituary at staples. The guy was very disrespectful and doesn’t wear deodorant ?

The south Utica office is great. I needed to send several delicate, rooted plant cuttings to Portland Oregon. The guy at the shop was terrific. He created a perfect shipping arrangement. The plants arrived safe and are flourishing in their new home.
