Paid 200$ in 2020 to get my taxes done.they made a mistake and I got audit cost me 700$.they would hardly pick up the phone and would not call me back.finally they told me to write a letter to new York state if I had any complaint.i realize people make mistakes but the way I was treated I would not recommend.

Met with us the first time we filed with them in 2019. They were both welcoming and informative. They explored all of our information with us efficiently - making it the only time we spent worrying about our taxes. They even called later to clarify some information without making assumptions that would hurt us later on down the road.I've filed online and in person with bigger corporations. This was the first time I felt recognized as a human being and not a bank and routing number. All of my questions were answered thoughtfully and with patience. I'm a middle-class, novice tax filer at best, but they understood that, and they didn't rush me through questions. I felt comfortable and secure throughout the process.Was absolutely my first hassle-free tax season, and so long as they are providing services, I will continue to bring my tax filing issues to them.
