Richard was beyond helpful throughout my entire experience. Extremely kind. Literally holding an umbrella over me while we hooked my new camper up in the rain. A truly thoughtful and helpful individual. He made a normally stressful situation actually pleasurable. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Would recommend.

Bought a car from here and have had nothing but issues since buying it. Have had to replace everything to the brake system, although I was told they were checked and perfectly safe. I've put over $2,000 into this vehicle already and it's still not done. Do not buy a vehicle from here!!!!

FRAUDULENT SALES!!!! Cars are fixed enough to run a couple of days. Tires were bad...hydroplaned in rain, parts were glued and taped...car was unsafe! Asked if I could drive to Florida and back in the car and was told yes...well, I didn't make it from Cooperstown. Car is not worth $2000, it's junk, overpriced. Told Rich I would only pay $2000, after I registered vehicle then he told me I owe him $431. I asked him about the title and his text says there is no title! I offered to return the car several times for my $2000 returned because it didn't run without stalling and was unsafe. Fraud, ripoff, scammer! One star because he tried to fix car several times without success...he took it to his "mechanic"....????
