Richard was beyond helpful throughout my entire experience. Extremely kind. Literally holding an umbrella over me while we hooked my new camper up in the rain. A truly thoughtful and helpful individual. He made a normally stressful situation actually pleasurable. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time....
