Always great sales and service. I've been buying and servicing all of my vehicles here for almost 10 years.

Always have fantastic service when dealing with Don's Ford. That's why we have bought six cars from them over the years. Always a pleasure working with Scott R.

I purchased Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited L from Don's that I found online. We live four hours away and had a trade-in. I was nervous to purchase sight unseen, however, Michael made the process super easy. Vehicle was delivered (for free) and arrived in great condition and interior detailed! Thank you! Would definitely do business with Don's again!

WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T BUY A USED CAR FROM THEM. I bought a used BMW from them. After the car was sold to me the salesman said they were going to pull it into service to go through it and do the inspection etc. AFTER THEY SOLD IT? So how do they know what they are selling you? It took 3 weeks for them to get parts. THEY PUT A NY STATE INSPECTION STICKER ON A CAR WITH THREADS SHOWING THROUGH THE TIRES ON THE INSIDE AND A CRACKED WHEEL. I'm still working with NY State who issued them a license to do inspections because that was totally illegal. We kept the tires as proof.I made 2 car payments before I could drive the car because the convertible top got stuck the first day. PARTS OF THE TOP WERE HELD ON WITH ZIP TIES! We have video of that. The salesman refused to return my calls. The GM did at first and then stopped. As a courtesy he paid for a limited extended warranty that covered nothing. They did pay for the cracked wheel. I had to have new tires put on. The struts were bad. THIS WAS ILLEGAL AND A NIGHTMARE

This dealership completely wasted my time. I had everything ready to purchase a specific vehicle. I even called ahead multiple times, confirming that I could drive the car home the same day as it's a 2-hour trip for me. They assured me over the phone that the vehicle was good to go. But when I arrived, they said it lacked necessary paperwork and inspection. They told me it'd take about 2 weeks, but it stretched to almost 2 months before I gave up on the deal. The dealership's misleading information not only wasted my time and money on travel but also showed a disregard for my urgent need for a reliable vehicle.Although they told me over the phone that the fate of the car was "In the hands of the DMV" that is extremely irrelevant because if the dealership were to be honest with us in the first place all of this could have been avoided. It's frustrating because I was misled. This happened on my only day off work, and my wife really needs a car. Being in the army, my time is limited, which makes this situation even more upsetting. Their lack of respect for my situation is disheartening. They should have been honest about the car not being ready, especially considering how crucial it was for us.

Bought a used truck it was an easy buying experience seemed on the up and up. They gave me a great trade in price and I was super happy... until we got it home and started noticing things weren't quite as they seemed the truck it self is fine but it was sold with a tonal cover held together with wire and with broken clips making it unusable in the open position. My bigger issue is it was sold with mismatched tires on the rear axle brought it up to my sales person I was told those were things that they don't check on used vehicles because it's not part of the safety inspection. Even though the carfax stated new tires upon further inspection only the mismatched tire appears actually new so 1 out of 4. Could possibly lead to rear diff problems if left as is9/21/2023 they did replace the three used tires for matching new tires after the sales manager reached out it took awhile but he got it done

A painless process. Matt the sales manager was informed and helpful. He listened well to what we wanted and helped us find it. He also did a great job of showing us details and setting up the systems after the sales. We appreciated his knowledge and helpfulness.

My salesman Cameron was a tremendous help. Very knowledgeable and polite. I'm very pleased with my 2016 Escape but I was charged with a warranty that I didn't want that cost me $3900 .through the life of the loan.

Overall, buying a used car at Don’s Ford was a decent experience. I was happy with the sales department, but not thrilled with the service department.Dylan and Angel went above and beyond with sorting out how to get my new car registered due to the vehicle needing to be registered in multiple names and those people not being local. Great customer service! The only things that disappointed me came from the service dept. There were broken license plate bolts that had to be extracted from the back of the car (no big deal, it happens), but the technician that extracted the bolts left tape and tons of penetrating oil/dirt/grease on the back of a white car. Could have wiped it down or could have been sent back to detailing. The car had some more rust underneath than I expected from a cursory glance and some bubbling on the rocker panel paint that I didn’t notice before, but that’s on me for not checking thoroughly enough. The inside of the car was not detailed well. Encrusted road salt from a winter or two remained untouched on the driver side, along with some buildup of dust/dirt on certain interior trim pieces. Included rubber floor mats were not cleaned. The driver side axle seal at the differential of the manual transaxle is leaking gear oil. The radiator is seeping coolant at the bottom end tank. All things that should have been noted or repaired during the used car reconditioning process before selling (including the broken & seized license plate bolts). Now my new-to-me car requires hours of labor to become dependable. A well established dealership shouldn’t sell a car with those sorts of major mechanical faults without fixing or at least conveying those issues to potential buyers. Luckily I can fix these issues myself at just the cost of parts & time, but other used car buyers may not be able to.

Matt in the service department was very helpful and kind he made a bad situation much better. Comparing his excellent service to other dealers I've done business with has me dead set on Don's Ford exclusively in the future for my sales/repair needs.
