I live about two hours away from Dons, and when I reached out about a Bronco, I was immediately contacted by Joe, who was incredibly responsive and attentive from the start. He worked closely with Mike, the finance manager, to ensure everything was set up and ready for me when I came to pick up the car. The entire process was seamless, and both Joe and Mike made it such a pleasure to work with them. I can’t stop recommending Dons Ford to friends and family after such an amazing experience. When I ran into a major snowstorm on my drive to Dons, both Joe and Mike stayed late on a Friday night to accommodate me. Given my hectic schedule, finding time for the trip wasn’t easy, but they made it work. Joe even called the next day to check on me and see how the two-hour drive home in the snow went. I can honestly say I would shop at Dons Ford a million times over. Their customer service is exceptional, and they truly go above and beyond for their customers. I currently have a few family members and friends looking at their website hoping they find a vehicle that catches their eye! Would give more stars if I could.
