They be closing 30 minutes before the actual closing time, got there and seen people inside but all doors were locked and it was 3:43pm on a Tuesday. If it wasn't for the customer service people on the phone, I could have never got anything done. Horrible service on the actual branch.

They closed my Checking Account without notifying me.When I asked to provide me with any letters of notification: they failed to provide me.I called to speak to the Manager few times (they put me on hold and never answer or they hung up on me). Never got a call back from the Bank to explain why this happened.I decided close my account.

Such a Friendly Bank Great Service although Congested Area in it's Location. The Building is Beautiful it's a Must to see how they Restored it from 100 years ago!!!
