I’m in awe of the kindness just shown to me. I got a flat tire on my hour commute to work at the hospital, driving on a donut I’m worried about the long commute and I work the next 3 days in a row 12 hr shifts. They got me right in on my short lunch break and patched my tire on the house. This seriously turned around my extremely stressful day. I can’t thank this place enough!

Horrible service. I walked in and was greeted rudely and they didn’t offer to help me or even look at my vehicle. Told me to take it back to whoever did my brakes before. I asked them could they look at it and was told no. Heavy set guy with grey hair

Scheduled an inspection online. Greeted rudely apon arrival. Shop was already open for 2 hours before I arrived but they claimed they tried to call me and tell me they didn't have an inspector on site that day. I had 0 missed calls, but I did receive a text saying my appointment was confirmed. When I attempted to reschedule the soonest option was in a week. This was odd to me because their website showed multiple open appointment slots. Whole encounter seemed fishy.

After work, I found my driver's side, back tire was flat. I called around for help, but to no avail, until I got ahold of Monro. They were awesome and changed my tire right away. I recommend them to anyone

This place saved the day for me last week!!! I was dropping my partner off at work when he realized one of the tires needed to be plugged and I was gonna be driving to Turin shortly after dropping him off and he wasn't going to be able to help me until after work.. so he called Monro and they got me in within a half an hour (basically right away!) they were kind, courteous and even though every bay was full when I got there, within an hour of discovering the setback I was all set and on the road again! thank you SO MUCH! My knights in shining armor

I had an appointment for an oil change. They took me right in, changed my oil, rotated my tires, inspected my brakes, adjusted the air in my tires, reset my tpms indicator on the dashboard. They didn't try to upsell anything or give me a list of stuff that's wrong with my car. I was in and out and on my way. Price was reasonable too.

Excellent, Professional, well managed, and Friendly personality . It is so great you can watch Tarzan and Leave to Beaver I mean that is describing the home feeling quality. LOL great place .
