    I love L&M Hair Salon. I've been a happy customer for years and now l live in Syracuse but still drive to Utica. A very friendly couple running the salon. They both are very talented and pricing is very reasonable.

    I get a great haircut & a friendly conversation every time. What an asset to have in Utica. Make sure to get your appointment a month ahead!
