I highly recommend NOT using this company. They charged me $250 to tow my car 3 miles. If they're charging that for a tow, I cant even begin to imagine how jacked up the rest of their prices are. There are many other reputable shops in the area that are not money hungry and aren't hanging out in the back pocket of the local police.

“I recently visited J's Auto. Jim and his mechanics are incredibly attentive and made sure all my needs were met. I highly recommend J's Auto and will definitely be returning! Jim is one of the best guys I know and its truly a pleasure to know a auto shop I can count on.

My child has summer internship at Utica. Twist spring of car trunk broke. I got parts on Friday morning and looking for car shop install it for me. J's auto re-installed it quick and with reasonable cost.
