I went in there and did not get a warm welcome. One girl waited 10 minutes before even helping anyone and after 30 minutes I left and came to HIANDRA'S on Genesee. 2 minute drive, 5 minute walk. Got a warm welcome and my hair started right away. She's better**

The people that work there are so unfriendly that I can't tell if they even speak English. The last time that I was there some hair was burning and the place filled up with smoke. The staff ( if you can call them that.) didn't even have any exhaust fans. I got a headache from the smell. I'm not prone to headaches.

Went to this place, the older woman did my hair, and ripped it off while combing it. Then cut an inch off. Went home crying. So thank you for nothing. So mean and rude. Hiandra's hair parlour on Genessee street is 100% better and cheaper.
