“Just stayed at the Doubletree Utica and couldn’t be more pleased. Although our room wasn’t quite ready upon arrival, Jordyn let us get a beverage and brought us our keys as soon as it was ready. Seemed busy with hockey teams so understandable the room wasn’t quite ready.
This is a historic hotel that is very well kept up. The lobby is pretty with chandeliers and a mezzanine. It was a pleasant place to sit. Our room had two queens and was very clean. It was also much larger than an average hotel room.
We were tired from a long day of travel so we ordered DoorDash and this hotel allows the driver to deliver right to the room (love that). Later we picked up dessert from the hotel restaurant and it was delicious! Flourless chocolate torte.
Our room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Coffee the next morning was very good. Would definitely stay at this property again.”
“Got there late only had cash on us they were accommodating price was a bit higher than expected but the people were friendly had to choose here because all the ones close by were credit card only this was a layover as we were heading somewhere else

309 N Genesee St, Utica“I had a very good stay here. The king bed was extremely comfortable. It may look dated, but I felt it was pretty okay, especially the price, on labor day weekend. There is a great supermarket within a mile, as well as every fast food place imaginable the other way. The man at the front desk was very nice. Also, be prepared to leave a deposit.Walkability: The Price chopper is within a mile”
“Very clean rooms, very polite service. Niagara Falls is only 25 minutes away
Rooms: Very clean
Walkability: Supermarket is nearby and very nice restaurants. I recommend The Curry Pot next door.”
