I LOVE PARKWAY DRUGS!! They are the best pharmacy in the area, hands down!! Their customer service is excellent!! Their pharmacists are friendly and helpful!! I recommend Parkway Drugs to everyone!! VERY PROFESSIONAL!!

Every single time I have a script either sent over by my Dr. or have a refill, they either lose it or say it was never sent over! I’m on hold forever! They say they’re short handed, but when you walk in they have employees walking all over each other back there! Maybe too many hands in the pot! ?♀️ They say they will call when it’s ready, but no call! I’ve had to have it delivered and no delivery! On and on since I began going there! 3 surgeries and nothing but a hard time getting the medication right! Or the insurance ?♀️ Have had to even pay out of pocket because of their mistake? I’m done! Time to move on to somewhere with more competents ?♀️

Had to switch to this drugstore as it is the preferred pharmacy for my prescription plan. Drugstore has a very old time feel and limited inventory but have been so disappointed in the service back at the pharmacy and the lack of confidence in handling my medications. I have had multiple issues with getting prescriptions filled and what upsets me more is their insistence in going over my prescription, prescription I have been on for years. Other pharmacies will ask if you want to consult with pharmacy they don't. They do not give option. I would prefer the pharmacist focus on getting my prescription correct rather than going through a drug I have been on for some time. Line at Pharmacy tends to be long and often times the wait is quite long. They do offer delivery which is a nice service but I have not used because I do not feel they will fill my prescriptions correctly. Will probably just pay more and go back to either Price Chopper or Target where I get better service and the personnel know me. If you want a prescription transferred forget it they don't care to be bothered. Don't care for this pharmacy at all.

I’ve been going to Parkway Drugs for as long as they have been on French Road… the employees ALWAYS greet you with a smile and a hello when you walk in. I’m always “quick” to get in and out. I have NEVER left that store without the cashier (at the front of the store) wishing me a good day/night, ever!!! I make a weekly visit and this place will always get 5 stars from me!!!

The young lady at the pharmacy was rude try to argue with some customers. And said she that the person has to call for a delivery for his scripts. Very inconsiderate of people that can't get around on their own. Knowing the driver didn't.

New customer/patient, I came in to pick up and my prescriptions weren't ready because the pharmacy didn't have my insurance and other information. Once I was told that, I expected to have to return some other time based on experience with other pharmacies, but I was surprised to be told that it could be taken care of in just a few minutes. I was honestly almost shocked to leave with my prescriptions just a few minutes later after never having been a customer/patient. The Walgreens in Barneveld where I had been going would have probably made me come back two or three times, waited numerous days, etc. Highly recommend, this is how it *should* work.

Poor everything called in my script for delivery at about 2pm at 6 called to find out wat was going on they told me the driver was out with my scripts as of 830 still no meds they said they stopped delivering at 7 but driver was still out delivering he would be here. 9pm came nothing called back and they were closed. 9:53 now obviously I'm not getting my meds I need

Pretty sure they exclusively hire people with an IQ below 70. I'd recommend finding a better pharmacy.
