They are nice people always. I just feel like there kind of loosing their passion for their craft tbh. My nails are Not the best shaped and they dont really last for a while also I don’t like people telling me what I should do instead of what I want on or for my nails. But other then that it’s a cool place a good vibes.

I come in to get a refill done & the guy at the first counter tells me he can’t take anymore customers which is fine but I sat down & was made to believe that he would help. & it was my first time coming into this place. Steer clear if your new & getting your nails done for the first time. The way I was dismissed was not cool. That was why I gave it one star.

I went to go get my nails done I have been looking for a place to get my nails done I decided to get my nails and toes done after I got everything done I noticed that the only rinsed their supplies off never replaced them the nail drill they used on my nails was old and worn out I am disappointed I kept an eye on my nails and toes just incase of anything a couple days later my toes started to hurt and this is what I see on my toe I never got an ingrown nail like this before I rarely get my toes done in the past I had a bad experience how my toes were done they were nice and friendly but the way she cut my nails was awful never again my mistake was I did not check reviews

Took my daughter here to get her nails done....made an appointment so I could do mine the following day. Went in the guy is going to tell me I have to reschedule because there's people that just came in I'm like sir I have an appointment he went for the book and I showed him my name and he still insisted I rescheduled because he has other people to tend to!

Google maps took me to the old location, I knew they are on Mohawk st. but the GPS seems to not be updated yet. They have done the best job (acrylic nails) on my fiancé out of 2 other local nail salons. 3rd times a charm.

I got a gel dip manicure that chipped the next day for no apparent reason. I called and no problem with fixing the chipped nails. I go back. Get them repaired and they chipped again two days later. I called and whomever I spoke to was rude. Said the dip only lasts two weeks. He was laughing and thought my complaint was funny when I said I don't pay a hundred dollars with tip for my nails to chip like this within a day or two after getting them done. If that was the case I would buy polish at a store and do them myself. He hung up and was very rude and unprofessional. I will never go back or recommend anyone getting their nails done there. Also my friend got a gel pedicure there and within the week the entire toe nail polish was coming completely off.Service: Dip powder
